After contacting countless electricians, only to hear nothing, or to get ghosted after initial contact, RA Jones was recommended to me by a friend who'd used them to have her panel replaced at her house.
Since I needed the exact same service, I contacted them too.
Ron responded quickly, accurately, and ACTUALLY READ MY MESSAGES. I feel like this shouldn't be a big deal, but it is. Ron was helpful, he actually answered the questions I asked of him, and we got things set up in short order.
One of Ron's electricians came out on the scheduled date at the scheduled time, and did the work exactly as quoted. They took care of the city shutting off the power, the ESA permit/inspection, and everything.
I'd give them 10 stars out of 5 if I could. Seriously. This sort of service has become SO rare lately; I feel the need to point it out.
