Called 3 times for a quote to Hydraseed a new area. Never showed up, never called to say why etc. would never recommend them for anything. Eventually sodded the yard.

My visit was related to receipt of 5 yds top dressing back in April to cover some low areas. I planted grass seed a day or two later.There is grass growth but there is more weed of some sort than the grass i planted.There no such evidence of the same weed in the surrounding lawn.
I provided the clerk a copy of the picture taken and she advised that the owner would advise what he thinks?
Now a matter of wait and see.
IT IS JUNE 15TH AND THERE HAS BEEN NO FOLLOWUP BY THE OWNER.
Appears that the owner does not want to bother with my concern of the topsoil provided.
They have lost a customer.

Runs and more has always been good to me. They deliver whatever you need. They have a variety of stone and a variety of soil. They also have some interlocking stones. Stuff is very friendly go on in and say hi :-)

Place is over priced, landscaping job are done on the cheap at premium pricing.

I had always been pleased with LnM for material deliveries until my driveway was damaged. Admittedly it could have been the result of a "turn-a-round" and not their fault (seems like an unlikely coincidence from a property owner perspective), but their response was not handled professionally. Staff were standoffish and dismissive and did not follow up. I can understand their standpoint, but the customer-supplier relationship could have been salvaged it it had been approached better. Time to switch suppliers.

Update - LnM response implies issues with larger delivery vehicles by suggesting specifying smaller vehicles - is this admitting fault? Multiple triaxle deliveries have been received in the past (including LnM) without incident, and no other construction activity was taking place at the site at the time, as was discussed with LnM. Seems like pass-the-buck! Decide for yourself.
