The service we received from this company was outstanding.Not only was our tree trimmed perfectly but the lawn and curb was cleaned too. Excellent work young men!

I had a high risk, large maple abutting the side of the foundation of my property. I was obtaining quotes and most of the smaller companies said they couldn’t do it, one of which referred me to Green Tree. Eric reached out to me the day after my inquiry and went out to the property that day to quote. Answered all my questions, communicated clearly, showed up when he said and they did the job with no issues in record time. Because of the large machinery they own they were able to take this tree down with less risk of damage/injury, at a comparable cost to other companies. I will continue to recommend this company

I love Green Tree! They have all the cutting edge equipment to get your trees down safely and efficiently or any other help you may need with trees. A great family owned business that serves their clients and community. I have a beautiful charcuterie board from their showroom where they sell slabs of wood, charcuterie boards and much more. Definitely check them out for all of your tree and wood needs!

Green Tree gave me an estimate and said they would come in a few weeks to remove my tree. That date came and went. They would not answer the phone or return any messages I left. I sent a message via Facebook and a lady responded (his wife I think) saying my date was the week of August 19th as a new date. She said write to them on Facebook with any questions?? Who does business over Facebook? I am still waiting and Sept is almost over! They have not had the decency to respond to any form of communication at all. Erik gave me the price and I accepted. I did not try to get him to go lower one dime. I need the tree gone before winter and they have not cared one bit. I contacted this company after a recommendation from one of his friends. If this is how he treats referral business, can't imagine how he treats others.Horrible way to do business. Zero stars

Terrible customer service. Purchased wood from them, was about to stain sent them a few questions on facebook about the wood (which can see they have viewed lol) just ignore you, once they got your money they could care less about customer service. Will never deal with this company or recommend them to anyone, and the other 1 star reviews on here sound about right on how this company is/operates...!

Contacted this business for a quote for tree removal and other landscaping jobs -- two fellows came out to survey the property/work -- they said they would e-mail a quote, but never did. I tried repeatedly to get a hold of them, leaving 2 voice mail messages and 2 e-mails -- they ignored me and never got back to me -- VERY unprofessional.!

* Response to owner -- you came out to my home, (Jennifer Harder) down the road from your business on July 3rd/2020 -- you met my son and I and asked me to text you my e-mail to the # on your website, so that you could send me a quote for services I had requested. Not having heard from you, I text you again on July 12, July 18, July 22, then finally on Aug. 6/2020. I had also placed two phone calls to you, to no avail.

Very Nice Showroom where you can buy live edge lumber that would have been turned into mulch or wasted. It is very nice to see a company that makes a real effort to not let trees go to waste. The owners are extremely nice! They are an excellent company to deal with.

I hired this local company to trim some large trees and grind two stumps in my backyard. They had all the proper equipment and were very knowledgeable & professional. I would recommend them to everyone.

Green Tree, Erik, took down a front house tree on city property. Green tree broke my property about a meter from the tree trunk. Erik argued with me for month and month and nothing was resolved or fixed. In fact Erik stopped answering my complaint and I was ghosted. From the numerous complaints they have a habit of doing just this. Absolutely unacceptable, not professional, and what a headache they can cause. I would forever stay away from Green Tree and Erik.

Green Tree took down a very tall Town tree in front of my home and it was clear that this is no ordinary tree service. The team work was as disciplined and effective as a drill team. It was a tricky operation, but they landed it just where they wanted it, with no roll. The crew was visibly enthusiastic about the perfect take-down, a sign to me that they love their work and are seasoned experts at what they do. The follow-up stump grinding exceeded all expectations.
