Fantastic company to work with. I called for a service call, and the technician, Adrian, showed up the next day. He diagnosed the dishwasher, sent the invoice and estimate for the repair. I paid everything online, and communication was excellent from the tech and company start to finish. I will now use Pegasus for all of my rentals.

Had an issue with our dryer, reached out to Pegasus and they were able to come out that day. Michael showed up and was on time, very pleasant and knowledgeable about the problem. He ordered the parts and returned 3 days later and performed the repair. Price was as quoted and the repair done in a clan timely manner. Thanks Michael we will call you guys if we have anymore appliance repair issues!

When our washing machine broke, Pegasus replied to my inquiry quickly. They were also able to send a technician right away. Emil was no-nonsense and was able to pinpoint what parts needed to be replaced. He couldn't repair it that day because one of the parts needed to be ordered from BC, but when the part arrived, Emil returned right away to complete the repair. We're very happy with the service we received and the results, as our washing machine has been working perfectly ever since.
