I wish I had more to say. Although the gentleman I spoke to was very polite and respectful, I couldn't book an appointment to get a quick repair done and to discuss a slightly larger project because they have no openings at all.

The work was completed on time and efficiently. There was no mess left behind and we will use them again without a doubt, if we have an electrical issue.

We would recommend Niagara Electrical. Juno and Colin have been consistantly reliable and fair. Thanks for your good work for us!

Have contracted Niagara Electrical several times the past several years on a broad range of electrical work in my home and each time the service has been exemplary on all counts. A 5 star rating is entirely appropriate .

Niagara Electric - Had a whole bunch of no shows trying to get Lloyd out here to look at everything I needed done. Then he finally showed up out of the blue and I booked him. Had a cancellation because of rain and then he re-booked me for a week later. I got someone else who didn't show and re-booked Lloyd for the following week. Then had two cancellations in a row from him. I don't recommend him at all.

My experience with this company was professional and pleasant from start to finish. They were very courteous, they were very informative explaining exactly what they were planning on doing, their quote was good and they got the job done perfectly. Inspector came in to check their work and everything was spot on!

Oh my goodness this man is a saint! His company didn’t even attend my home but he helped me on the phone to figure it out for myself (I should have been able to figure it out but messing with electricity alarms me lol)

I got my electric panel replaced and it was a very smooth experience. They are knowledgeable, were on time, left the space clean and very reasonable. I will definitely use their service again. They provide top notch service.

Juno and Colin installed a stove vent that exhausts through the roof where none previously existed. They measured carefully and paid attention to detail. They also installed two pod lights in the kitchen. Excellent workmanship.

We received a notice of deficiency from the ESA for one of the properties we manage. We contacted Juno at Niagara Electrical to complete the work. Juno was able to complete the work within the very short time frame as set out by the ESA. Juno was able to process the permits required and communicate with the ESA to ensure everything was to code and prevented the power from being cut. Juno was very quick to respond and was very knowledgeable in the required processes. We will definitely be going back to Juno for future required work.

Juno has done several jobs for me. They always showed up on time, advised me on anything that needed done. Everything was done when specified, they always left my houses clean in their work spaces. You could not ask for a better electrician, since they are the best.

Niagara electrical just finished up a 60amp to 200amp upgrade on my house, they were fantastic to deal with the job was on budget, on time, great communication also very nice workmanship, just a pleasure to deal with I couldn’t recommend them more.

Great service and great electricians. We had Niagara Electrical to Supply, wire and install 14–50-amp receptacle for EV charger and they have done a very professional job for us. We appreciate the time spent preparing an estimate to make it accurate so that there was no “surprise” for us. The electricians were on time, very polite, explained everything thoroughly to us. We have extremely satisfied with the costs and the results. Again, both electricians were well qualified and professional. We would highly recommend them for any residential- commercial electrical services.
