Steve & team installed my new furnace and water heater in October with very little inconvenience to me. Although they came up against a few 'hurdles', they managed to get the job done within the expected time frame, and maintained a sense of humour to boot! During the recent blizzard and deep freeze, something popped up on my new thermostat that concerned me, and I called Steve after hours in a panic. Who wants to lose heat when it's minus 30?? Steve got back to me within 5 minutes, and said he was on another emergency call but would be by when that was complete. During that time, I managed to locate the issue in my manual, and felt all was well. I let Steve know not to bother, but he insisted on stopping by in the massive blizzard to make sure everything was a-ok. I was so impressed and GRATEFUL. What a relief to be able to sleep with peace of mind during the long, frigid night. Thank you Steve and team for incredible and dedicated service - it is so appreciated. I am a loyal customer!
