Excellent Plumbing Service

I recently had the pleasure of using the services of Phil from Syles. I needed urgent repairs for a leaking faucet in my kitchen, and I was impressed right from the first phone call. The receptionist was friendly and efficient, scheduling an appointment for the same day.

When Phil arrived, he was punctual and professional. He quickly assessed the issue and explained the repair process clearly. Throughout the repair, he worked diligently and efficiently, ensuring that everything was done to the highest standard.

The quality of his workmanship was evident, and he left the work area clean and tidy.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Phil. I would not hesitate to recommend him and Syles to anyone in need of plumbing services.

Excellent service from start to finish. Kris offered a fair and honest assessment of repairs needed. Shortly after the parts arrived, Matt and his partner installed the parts quickly and efficiently. He was on time and answered all of my questions. All involved were very respectful of my home, leaving it clean and in exactly the same condition it was when they arrived. The best part was the installation took less time than expected therefore the price was adjusted accordingly! Thank you Syles for the great service!

What a great experience with Curtis and Ryan today. Good guys. Super friendly. Showed me exactly what the problem was. Let me know the cost and they could get the part today and all fixed within the hour. I now have Hot Water. I have had Curtis here before and he is always super nice and friendly and spoils my dog with pets when he can. Thanks Boys for the quick and easy service. I appreciate it.

Kris and Mason came in and quickly found the issue with my furnace, they were able to explain the issue to me and fix it without any issues, great service would highly recommend!

Andrew has been out before to clean my furnace. He told me it's getting old and gave me my options on getting a new one. No pressure, just whenever I'm ready.

In March 2025 we had electrical work done by Syles at our home. Service was prompt, and professional. Calls were returned as promised and appointment time adhered to. John did an amazing job, was very efficient, professional, and kind. He had to access an area above our garage that was difficult to maneuver, and he did it without complaint and with ease. Would definitely recommend Syles!

Very very poor customer service. Was promised $1550 in gift cards for installation. Timeframe was 4-6 weeks to receive gift cards. Now going on three months I have yet to receive the full gift card amount . When contacting Syles they keep passing the buck to another company without trying to help me or aid me in recovering the gift cards. Today I took matters into my own hands and figured out what was the delay . This should have not fallen into my hands . Would not recommend poor communication and very poor customer service.

We had our AC go down and contacted Syles first thing in the morning.
Syles sent out HVAC Technician Curtis Drewitt. He was polite, very personable, and made us feel very comfortable about a stressful situation.
Curtis explained our options to us with full and frank disclosure allowing us to make an informed decision. No one enjoys their AC going down, or the price tag for a repair, but knowledgeable and personable individuals like Curtis made us feeling very positive after our interaction.

Andrew B. Rocks!!!!!! I noticed that at the end of the year last year that my unit wasn't cooling that well. I left it for spring as I wasn't concerned about it. I called Syles they were very personable on the phone and told me a tech was on the way. Andrew B. showed what a great guy. He got right to business and figured out the issue right away. Not only did he fix it promptly he also went above and beyond by doing a full system check and optimized my system. It's never run better. Great work.....

Excellent installation service by Aric Rivard and his partner. Fast, efficient, explained everything in detail. Very happy to get the tankless water heater installed, no more needing to pay for what we don’t use

Nabeeel was absolutely professional in technical knowledge and In customer service. Very happy with the explanation of issue and the furnace repair / part needed.

Came home to a hot house and when I called they were able to be here in 15 min. Curtis was very courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem within the hour. Would recommend 💯

Aric and his apprentice was exceptional very professional and thorough. He explained everything perfectly and did a very clean install. After install they cleaned up the work area like they weren’t even there.

We had an on demand hot water tank installed today after our old tank started to leak. Aric and his helper Mat were very professional and efficient while they were here doing the install.
If you’re considering switching from a conventional hot water tank to tankless I would highly recommend calling Syles!
