Update: Two years later and we had another issue with our AC. We called Performance again and had another great experience. They came out same day and fixed it in 15 minutes for a reasonable cost. I would not hesitate to recommend Performance.

Original: My AC stopped working in the middle of a heatwave. I called in the morning and was told they were scheduling for the next morning, but that they would try to squeeze me in same day if they could. Carlo was at my house about an hour after I called. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a blown condenser motor. He located a replacement part and said Scott would be by later that afternoon to install. Scott came by about an hour and a half later and installed the new motor. Everything is running smoothly now. Both Carlo and Scott were quick and professional, and the repair cost was reasonable. Highly recommend.

Fantastic!!! I’ve never had service like this. Right from the initial contact to the completed job … polite, knowledgeable, quick service that kept me in the loop every step of the way. I had the absolute pleasure to have this company come in when my AC went out. Chad came in and was informative and honest. My 20 yr old unit was shot and I decided to stay with them and get a replacement. I had a new unit installed by Scott who was prompt and on time within 2 days. The work was completed quickly and they left no mess! Awesome Company and great workers! Please if you see this, call them for their services.
