The guys from Pro Gas were very polite and professional and we will recommend them to anyone!

Have used these guys twice for service calls when my furnace was not working as it should, the came quickly, billed me reasonably and provided helpful advice.

I had the opportunity, to have them do some work for me outside my home (2 years ago) while building a pool and hot tub.

They did a amazing job and there service is out of this world....

These guys are great! Same day service. Fixed the ENTIRE problem. Everything is running great again. Clean, courteous and professional!

Speaking with Debbie about our requirements was a pleasure. I felt very comfortable and confident with the capacity of their services.

No showed me for my first appointment, than showed up and never got back to me with the quotes for the work. I heard they do great work but I wont be giving them my business due to the poor service.

Asked for a furnace inspection last October 2022, as of August 2023 have not heard back from them . Prior to that needed a hot water heater installed, three weeks later never heard from them, got another installer.

We got hot water again !

We have known Chris and Deb for approximately 15 years and we can truly say that they are professional, prompt and wonderful to deal with. Whatever your heating or air conditioning needs may be, PRO GAS is the place to call.

Never had services from this company. And never plan on it. Was cut off by one of their work vans. He then proceeded to tailgate the truck in front of me for about 2km. Not a very good look. If they drive like that, what's that say about their service.

We are very pleased with the services received from Chris, Debbie and the crew. Their professionalism and timeliness were outstanding from diagnosis to remedy of the issue - especially during one of the hottest spells of the summer! We highly recommend this business.

We where extremely happy with the the service received. They where knowledge about there product took the time to go over instructions
and maintenance . Cleaned up after themselves and took all packaging garbage with them. Would definitely use Pro gas again.

As a commercial building contractor I met Chris of Pro Gas 20 years ago. Their team provided a full design build on a high end Condo project in Niagara on the Lake. Units at a million dollars each needs very special attention and Chris delivered.
I have also used Pro Gas on my own home and would not consider any other contractor .

Fantastic service, great price, friendly, on time, the list goes on. We needed to have our furnace, ac and hot water tank replaced, calling ProGas was the best decision we made. They were helpful throughout the entire process and were very knowledgeable. Thank you ProGas for keeping the house cool in the summer and heating it up in the winter.

The ProGas team was absolutely amazing. Debbie was able to get my repairs scheduled and completed prior to my house closing as this was a condition of sale. The technician was pleasant and helpful. I am forever grateful to them and highly recommend their service!

A few years ago I needed to replace my furnace asap. In a matter of days it had been replaced. The removal of the old furnace was done efficiently with no mess left behind. I've replaced my A/C and hot water tank also. Can always count on fast efficient service. Would highly recommend.
