We had smoke coming out of our ceiling light fixture and a burning plastic smell when trying to use an electric kettle as well as other issues with outlets and appliances into he kitchen. Datawise was prompt at answering the phone and setup an appointment. They came exactly on time and took care to explain what was happening and what they were doing, there was a fire in the box overhead because the circuit was overloaded having the wiring from almost all the receptacles in the kitchen coming together on one circuit into he box. They made it safe immediately and worked with us to plan a more permanent fix in the future. Their professionalism through the whole experience really gave me a sense of safety and trust in their work.
