My parents are older, still able to manage day to day, but the bathroom deep cleans, cobwebs etc they aren't able to do. The staff member had everything they needed for the job. Spent a good amount of time where it was needed. My mother was thrilled and felt much better after the clean. She's planning on having them back again in the spring.

Busy Moms takes the stress of cleaning the house off my plate. Kayla comes every two weeks, and I always know I'll have a sparkling home by the time she's finished. She gets all of the cobwebs in the corners, the dog hair under the couches, and personal items are neatly organized. She's always on time, and does a very thorough job. Highly recommend!

Amazing service!! I can't thank Jen and her team enough for how quickly they coordinated a deep clean for my mom's house while she was in the hospital. Wasn't going to leave a review but I'm pretty disappointed with how much I've had to re-clean and im not even ocd.

I ordered a deep clean, she did a wonderful job in the fridge but forgot the bottom filter vent.. it was an empty apartment with no crazy hoarder's filth so I'm not sure where my $500 went. The toilet wasn't even cleaned..

She also said she'd need more time and may need to come back as she was booked for the afternoon. She actually came back as her appointment canceled so I thought great. It wasn't completely obvious they were going to charge for that, I thought I paid for the deep clean not by the clock but thats completely understandable.

So a full day in an empty apartment...., I spoke to her once and she mentioned she forgot a step ladder. I told her I had one and she didnt want to use it I guess. Anyways, now that i am on my step ladder of course I am seeing the windows, ceiling and upper walls that I specifically requested be washed because I wanted to paint right after. Not to mention the only closet in the apartment was still dusty and cob webby on the inside. I didn't even check it until this week because I didnt think I had to.

I mean, I kept seeing small things immediately after she left but figured we're only human, no big deal. But I keep finding myself questioning what did I pay for and what does deep clean mean to someone as more and more ridiculous places i notice have not been touched with a damp cloth. I know they dont use harsh chemicals and frankly neither do I. But hot water and some elbow grease go a long way.

If you hire these people just book a regular clean, they're still very friendly so that's nice.

Busy mom’s trains their stuff who provide excellent service each time. I am on a very irregular schedule, so I do not get a regular cleaner and yet I have never had a bad clean due to their training. Shout out to Alexis, who is the most recent Cleaner and once again did an excellent job!

I saw an ad on Facebook for Busy Moms Cleaning Company, but I was hesitant because of seeing it online and wasn't sure if the company was legit. From the first initial response from the team, to the cleaning I had done, I was very happy with the customer care and the cleaning that was provided inside my home. It was the first time ever getting a cleaning done. I have NO compliants, and the representative actually did a better cleaning than I do. Also, the best thing is the pricing, very very reasonable. Reliable professional service. My first experience with Busy Moms and happy my floors and windows are shiny again, cupboards and appliances are stain-free, everything looks good and smells even better (yay lemongrass!). Appreciate all the hard work by Danica & Haley who got a lot of deep cleaning done in a short amount of time (it was quite filthy before lol). I have been serviced by Busy Moms for some months. I am very happy with their work. Today i had Alexis who did an excellent job. I have a bathroom that has a glass covered shower and also large mirrors in the bathroom. They are left sparkling clean as is the rest of the house. I strongly recommend this cleaning company. I hope Alexis returns for my next scheduled cleaning.
