I wouldn’t have noticed on my own, significant creosote deposits, a rusted damper, and loose bricks that needed immediate chimney repair. He explained everything in plain language, with no pressure, and gave me a quote right on the spot. The next day, the team arrived early and worked efficiently. They removed the creosote, repaired the bricks, replaced the damper, and sealed the chimney crown. It was a complete transformation.
