I can’t rate this a zero, so I’ll give it a one. But if you have to deal with Mark, double check his work. Especially if your job site is far.
I just had to drive an hour out of my way and the amazing customer service reaction I got was “the packaging looks the same”.
Even McDonald stands behind their customer service when they serve something wrong. It’s good to know that Graybar can’t even hold to the same standard.
Maybe Mark and the gang need to learn, to double check their work and have better customer service.

CNC has done work for us twice over the past couple of years. First, to upgrade our electrical panel and wire a new laundry space, and more recently, to rewire our main floor during a renovation. Both times, they were fantastic to work with. They helped us plan our lighting and came up with practical, thoughtful solutions that made our overall layout much more effective.
They were friendly, tidy, and respectful of our home, and the quality of their work was excellent. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to others.

We have had this company to our home for an assortment of upgrades. From installing a car charger to adding a plug, always fair friendly prompt and reasonable. No reason in the world to not trust these guys!
