I was recommended to visit Summit from a friend. The selection of flooring seemed good and I would prefer to choose a local flooring company over the big box retailers however I was disappointed with the lack of customer service when I visited.

I had a Great experience with Summit Flooring, They answered all My Questions and were on time with Their materials and installing, also Their Staff was very curtious, as was Their Installing Team, I would recommend Summit Flooring to Anyone looking for Their next Flooring experience

Terrible service. Patty and the sales lady were rude over the phone. I called to ask about installation fees and pricing for basement stairs, and the sales lady LAUGHED at me. I guess if you don't spend a lot, you don't deserve respect or good customer service.
If I could give NO stars I would.

Excellent service from the moment I walked into the store until the installation men left my house. Staff was friendly, lots of selection in store and the install was quick. I also greatly appreciated how clean my house was left! Highly recommend!!

Our basement flooded after the last storm and we were not covered by insurance because the water didn't come up the floor drain. We went in to Summit & picked tile and carpet & someone came to give us an estimate a week later. Rich M. said he'd call us in the next day or so. A week later, no call, so I contacted the store in the morning & was told Rich would call me back in the afternoon. By 4pm, he hadn't called, & I called the store & was told he'd call me back first thing this morning. At 10am I hadn't received a call & I contacted the store & asked to speak to a manager, who was "on the phone" & would call me back. At 11am an extremely rude woman called me back & said she "highly doubted" I had tried to contact the store because she hadn't heard of it. This is a terrible way to treat customers.

If you are looking for fast, friendly & reliable service, I recommend contacting Al at Hi Neighbour.

A big thanks to Marty for suggesting replacement flooring in our home after a flood. We needed to choose complimentary wood that would match existing wood trim and cupboards. We were nervous but Marty was spot on in what he chose for us! Nick the installer did such a fantastic job and was so professional and efficient. We are so pleased. Thanks Summit!

I can't thank Marty from Summit Flooring enough. We had a wonderful experience and he went above and beyond to take care of us. He followed through on our special request when we placed the order and we couldn't be more happy with his commitment to us since to make sure we were satisfied. This was a relatively small job considering, yet he treated us like we were just as important as anyone else. We feel this is one of many great examples of excellent customer service which should be recognized. We wouldn't hesitate to use their services again. Thank you Marty!

I have never experienced a so-called professional do such a horrible job on my bathroom grout. My property management company sent them. I looked up the website and it doesn’t even look like they do grout work.

Was such a pleasure working with Marty and his crew. Our renovation project was not an easy one, but these are people who take on challenges and take great pride in the work that they do.
