The variety of veggy seedlings was just amazing. Haven't seen such choice around Windsor Essex area. Found Okra seedlings finally and loved it.

I went to return a plant today because the plant I purchased a couple of months ago was dying. I was told by the staff it was not dead enough. Basically in a coma, not dead. This plant is more than 75% dead and dying but not enough for this nursery. No refund or replacement offered though guaranteed for this year. The day before I had returned a plant at another nursery, no questions asked, no problems. So if your looking to buy a plant here , buyer beware. Never shopping there again

I have been coming here for years... Great service, great knowledgeable staff, pleasure to visit, good quality plants and amazing selection of outdoor decor.
Best nursery in the area, I highly recommend 😉 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ -
Staff very friendly and helpful. They were very knowledgeable and provided many different options for our landscaping. Definitely will be returning for all our planting needs.

Four people at the entrance/exit....not one told me that the debit was down.
3 more people at the cash and not one acknowledged me as I approached other than to say the debit was down.
A simple hello goes a long way when you are spending money.
Just be kind. -

Everything you need to make your garden beautiful. Friendly, helpful staff.

Expensive but top drawer nursery offerings. If you don't mind paying a little more for quality, this is your best choice in Windsor.

Very expensive give one quote day later another 280 to plant a tree 80 for delivery well if you pay to plant it shouldn't it be delivered major rip off don't waste your money shop around way better deals .ohhh also tree jumped from 190 to 280 same size in a matter of 2 days

On Sunday you were late getting the parking lot gates opened. Traffic was backed up in all directions down Walker and Provincial - which is already a dangerous intersection. It would be much safer if you opened on time , or at least allowed vehicles entry into your lot so that we can safely wait for you to open.

Ridiculous guarantee on plants only until November of that year. Most Nursery & Garden centers have at least a year. Our magnolia tree was watered plenty yet in the spring not a single bloom and now its dead. Very disappointed. Should have saved the money or just went to across the way to Superstore's Nursery. All our plants purchased there came back great.

Nice selection and good prices. Never thought to go there before but glad I did

Absolutely been lied to by the owner. We have spent a lot of money on the Spring on our landscaping and at the time we have been told that if any of the bushes die we are going to be able to replace them free of chagre as long as it's before winter time. Well, 3 of them did die and when we went there we were charged yet again and been told they never said that before. Horrible bussines people! With so many choices in the city, I highly recommend to go elsewhere!!!!

Beautiful selection, even at this stage of the season and very reasonable prices. Staff was very friendly and helpful, too! I've been a customer for years and have always had great experiences!

I would never buy anything there again, it’s all about the money not the customer, they would not even consider replacing my dead bush that I purchased last year! I was totally shocked when the female manager compared the dead plant to people dying from covid 19 ! I was appalled and told her so. Her insensitivity was offensive, she did not know that I had someone almost die from this horrible virus! Extremely unprofessional and rude. Never Again!

Amazing staff with such helpful knowledge on planting! They walked me through giving me options as to what I was looking for! Great selection! Would go there for all my plant needs! Love this place!

Katie was very helpful on the phone answering my questions. I could actually hear her running around to gather the information. In person she was just as attentive and took the time to explain how to best prepare the soil for my new tree. Thank you! 5star!

This garden center is a sister store of my favorite garden center (Ruthven nurseries) and prices are just about the same but this one is conveniently located in Windsor.

Thank you EMMA for your patience and expertise in helping us choose our plants. A huge storm hit and she toughed it out until the rain made shopping difficult. We loaded up our van with our purchase to return another day. We will ask for her by name next time.

First experience here and I was very impressed. The service from the staff was excellent, very knowledgeable and friendly. Pickup was a breeze and there was staff that helped loaded all of the trees we purchased. I would definitely recommend and go back again.

In Windsor this is the garden centre to stop by if your are looking for affordable, reasonable priced trees, shrubs, perennials... Here at Provincial Nursery we found a few trees to make that little oasis we always have dreamed off. We are super happy with everything, from the price of the trees to the overall service. The workers were friendly, knowledgeable and very caring. They are one beautiful team at this garden centre. Their plants seemed very loved as well. Two trees were delivered to our home and the man and the young boy in charged were so informative and careful. They helped us to put the trees in the spots we needed and I am so grateful for their hard work in fulfilling us as their customers. I will be back soon for some evergreens.( I had to comeback to add a bit more to my previous review because this place deserve your attention if you are looking to make your garden that joyful space you will be spending a lot of time with your family ....I went back a few days ago to a few garden centres around the city. I was heart broken and disappointed for the overpriced everything regarding plants in various locations and we decided to go back to Provincial Nursery for one last check to see if I could be once again lucky. We were more than lucky this time and that's why I am back adding some words. My front yard has a garden now with a Young's Birch weeping tree and a Eastern Redbud that add colour and character... I am speechless for the prices of the trees. Go here and you won't be disappointed, this is a place where they are not taking advantage of the pandemic to empty your pockets when shopping for plants. Peace and Love and everyone stay safe!
