My brother lives alone and has been ill this past year. I live a distance away and my brother needed a cleaning service that he could count on. Mike and his team have gone above and beyond. In addition to being a great cleaning service, they are providing the landscaping for his house that my brother is unable to do. Mike has gone out of his way to help my brother with other things like installing smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher. When you are sick you need people you can count on. Being a far distance away, I feel like I have someone I can trust to help make my brother’s life a little easier.

In regards to the positives, I was very pleased with the employees and their work ethic.

However, management is very unorganized. I did not receive an expected appointment time for our biweekly services. So, I was charged when an employee showed up unexpectedly and I was not at home.
I did try to dispute the charge and maintain their services but they declined to work with me.

Be wary if hiring.

Micheal and his team were great. I used them to clean the house when I was moving out for the new owners and they did a great job and easy to work with.

I contacted Maid in Windsor June 25 this year in the hopes of them fitting me in for a last minute light cleaning of a new renovated rental unit were handing over to a new tenant. Everything went great at first. I got an immedate response to my voicemail. I was told 2 cleaners were working in the area the next day and would be able to give us an hour. I was sent a confirmation email for the scheduled cleaning. The next day I waited at the unit to let the cleaners in and they never showed. I received a text or email (can't recall which) asking me to confirm that the cleaners had arrived. I responded that they had not. I did not hear back from anyone. I then called and left a voicemail and still did not hear back from anyone. I waited for an hour and no one showed up. And in all that time since, no one ever responded to my voicemail or my reply that no one showed.

I can say nothing but wonderful words about Maid In Windsor and their staff. I have used them numerous times over the last 3 years - for spring cleaning and monthly cleanings, garden clean ups, windows etc. All work was completed on a timely basis and in a professional manner while asking my opinions through the process. They detailed costs, and if anything was going to increase the cost, they asked for my permission prior to completion. They always exceeded my expectations! In addition, they were absolute life savers when my basement flooded in 2017 and also when I moved in 2018. They were immediately on site, explained what needed to happen and certainly reduced my stress levels! I absolutely would recommend them to anyone needing any of their many services. Hiring a cleaning service for the first time, I put in a request for a consultation to help discuss how long it would take to clean my home and the services I was interested in. Maid In Windsor set up a consultation right away. Michael was professional, thorough, and extremely kind during the appointment. I hired them for a one-time cleaning and would definitely hire them again in the future.

We hired Maid in Windsor to help us with our clean-up before our open house and once we had vacated the home after it closed. Mike was able to accommodate a very short timeline and found a sub-contractor to help with some repairs as well. The two gals that came both times were super hard working, on time and efficient. Everyone was supportive during this stressful activity of moving homes. Mike and company are hands-on, very responsive and extremely helpful. Thanks Maid in Windsor! Aside from the best business name around, Maid in Windsor is the best and most positive experience I’ve had when it comes to a clean apartment. Like anyone else, I prefer getting value for money from professionals who understand their profession well. Maid in Windsor doesn’t just clean, they improve our quality of life!

WORST CLEANING SERVICE...DO NOT HIRE!!!

I paid Maid in Windsor to clean our new home and were charged almost $1000 for a 2-day service. I had requested for a thorough cleaning...floors, molding, light fixtures, and indoor window washing. I have no idea what they did during this time, but was extremely disappointed to come home after the first day and find that they had not done much. The molding was still dirty/dusty from the construction, the light fixtures were still dusty (even bugs were left in) as well as damaged 2 of them in the kitchen, the floors in the bathrooms were streaked...didn't even take the time to dry the porcelain tiles, and the master bathtub still had grit from the construction. We trusted in them and had them come back in for another day to finish. The results after the second day were not any better. It is clear that they charged us for the time but barely did anything.

I am surprised this company is still in business after the poor cleaning service received. We had expressed that if they did a good job, they would be re-hired for ongoing maintenance. However, after this costly experience, we will NEVER hire them again. STAY AWAY AND PUT YOUR MONEY TO BETTER USE!!!

I moved away for work years ago and my parents still live in Windsor. They are aging and need help cleaning the home. Michael and his staff are professional, understanding of our needs, and reasonably priced. I communicate different needs for each visit and they are happy to help. I can't thank them enough for providing the care they do while I'm away. I'm happy I can provide my elderly with a better quality of life by using this reliable and flexible service.
