Dave at Comfort-Tek is wonderful to deal with. He came out quickly when our AC wasn’t working. He diagnosed the issue right away and fixed the issue within a couple hours. He is reasonable and so kind. We highly recommend Comfort-Tek!

Dave is the one who responded the soonest after I contacted several contractors for an RFQ and provided an estimate plus timeframe; his team (Dave, Dylan and Yosef) came to my house on time as scheduled to get my heating back the next day after my 33-yr old furnace was broken. The owner was super nice, and the tech (Dylan) that came out was extraordinary. I had Comfort Tek come out to clean & inspect our older furnace before I turned it on. Dylan discovered it wouldn't fire up. He was quick to diagnose the problem. A quick call to Dave( the owner) and he started calling around for the part. They weren't sure if they could find one due to the age of the furnace.. Within 10 minutes my phone rang and it was Dave. He found the part and was on his way to pick it up and then personally drive it out to Colchester so Dylan could complete the job and I could turn my furnace on. Top notch customer service right there! Thanks Dave & Dylan . We are very satisfied with your service!
