I would highly recommend Scape It. I needed them to remove my above ground pool and clean up my backyard which was a mess. The team did a great job and were very responsive when I had questions. They even went above and beyond and helped me with an unrelated grading issue. I will be using them again for sure!

Rona does not stand by their customer service. I attempted to purchase 12 bags of Rona black mulch. Sign stated 3.29 per bag. When attempting to pay price came up at 3.99 per bag. I explained sign price and was told the entire flat of mulch had been placed in the wrong spot and I should understand it was human error. I stated this was not my error and I should pay as it is listed in their inventory and not what was listed for sale to the public. In all my years in customer service I have never heard of the customer understanding employee "human" error as per the store manager. I told him he could keep his mulch.

Went for a quick shop for some electrical supplies. When some at a customer service desk seen that I was waiting in line help me check out faster. Thank you for the great customer service.

This location is well organized and clean. I was very happy to find Gardenias here, I bought 15 of them. I do feel the store is understaffed, I had a hard time finding someone in the garden section, it was well over 20 minutes before any staff was around. The checkout is moving toward self check out only, they do have someone there to cash you out if you pay cash. Plenty of parking, I like how the store is separate on its own. I was happy to see the store is closed on Sundays, God is good.

The garden center was nice and I did spend a lot of time there. Its beautiful and they have a wide variety of plants. I enjoyed being in the garden center.

Very sad to see so many dead plants, and I am not talking about exterior plants as this is the end of September and there’s no choice of those, but the interior ones, when was the last time they were watered? Who would pay 40 dollars for a dead bonsai or any interior plants with yellow broken leaves, broken stems and I could go on and on. I bought one at full price or better said I rescued one. Very sad indeed, first and last time at this garden centre. I will buy my plants somewhere else.
