Got a call that the serviceman could call an hour earlier than our appointment. Yippee! He got right to business, diagnosed the problem in minutes, offered a solution, and got to work immediately. I felt totally comfortable leaving the man (Marco) alone to do what needed to be done (my husband would have been in the basement offering unsolicited advice. I wonder if there is an extra charge for that?) Immediately after Marco left, I was enjoying having hot water again Fowler Plumbing came highly recommended by my neighbour.
