I cannot recommend Windsor Electric Eel highly enough! Tim is an exceptional plumber—professional, honest, and truly reliable.

We had a serious drainage backup at our building that created a major problem for our tenants, Pizza restaurant’s kitchen. As the building owner, I contacted Tim, and he responded right away. He came out, worked hard to diagnose the issue, and then returned a second time within just 2 hours to fully fix the problem.

What really impressed me was his integrity—he did not charge anything extra for the second visit. In today’s world, that level of honesty is rare. His pricing is very fair, and he genuinely cares about solving the problem the right way, not just making money.

He also gave excellent advice to help prevent future issues, which shows his experience and professionalism.

We are extremely happy and grateful for his service. If you need a plumber, Tim from Windsor Electric Eel is the one to call. Absolutely 5-star service!

As a commercial and residential property manager we have come to count on Windsor Electric Eel for more than 20 years. In the past Mike and Tim have always been pleasant to deal with and extremely helpful in providing timely and cost effective solutions. This week we were grateful to meet Junior as he impressed us with his dedication to overcoming challenges in very difficult work conditions.
