Max and his crew did a fantastic job on the cement around my pool and wooden back porch and steps! I couldn’t be happier. My porch is 19 yrs old and was filthy. Now it looks like it was just built!
Max responds promptly to messages and is friendly and courteous. This is the second time I have had him here and it will not be the last!

Max and his team were so easy to deal with from start to finish. He came to provide a quote. He was clear, explained everything and even offered additional services he could see I needed. His quote felt very reasonable. He was in communication with me leading up to the appointment. They showed up on time, did a great job and checked in before they left. I was super impressed with both the quality of the work and the level of service.

We hired Wash-Pro services to wash the exterior of our two storey home. I am extremely happy with the results. I was impressed how quickly I received a response and a quote. Customer service was excellent and a very professional job was done. I highly recommend this company. We will be booking again for sure.

I am so impressed with this business! Max came by to give a quote, on that visit he told me the cost and set up a time and date for the service, and I received a text to confirm it all.
The day before the service, I received a text to remind me of the visit with the date, time, etc.
Max and Rob showed up on time. They were very detailed in their work and careful of plants and the pool. They did the patio, the deck, the fence and stamped concrete around the pool. Max also kindly offered, gratis, to clean a small concrete porch that had not been included in the quote.
I was gobsmacked by the results! We had had another company a couple of years before but they barely made a difference. My husband had not been home during the cleaning and when he got home later that afternoon he said, "WOW! That is amazing!!"
We are both so pleased.
Not only did they do a great job, quickly and neatly but the clear and easy communication, the ease of payment and the overall professionalism of Max's operation are rarely seen in services such as this. As well, Max and Rob are just nice guys :-)
I am more than satisfied with Wash-Pro, I am grateful at how much they beautified our backyard space.

Thunder Spray arrived ahead of schedule, and worked quickly and efficiently. My house is nice and clean and bright and I would recommend this service to everyone . The only thing that would have made it better (for Thunder Spray) is sunny skies.

I usually don’t have too much time to write reviews and I’ve been meaning to write this for a while. I hired thunderspray for my eaves cleaning as I just moved into a house two years ago and noticed there was some pooling with heavy rain as well as some weeds growing out of certain spots. When the gentleman finished he jokingly came to my door and told me that this is probably right up there with some of the worst ones he’s seen and he had found ping pong balls and entire gardens up there. Not only did they do an excellent job but he also removed some cages from my downspouts and went out of his way to fix some that had fallen apart by using some bricks I had laying around to hold them up. I was having water issues at a basement entrance that kept backing up into the house not knowing how bad the eaves were and since they have come out the issue has resolved and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. You have a customer for life!

Did a very good job cleaning our gutter. Nice & friendly. Andrew & his staff who he sent to clean our gutters were nice & friendly. I definitely recommend ThunderSpray. I also had house washing done maybe a year ago & they did a good job. Andrew answers calls promptly Talked to a real person, not recording.

New Update August 15th 2023.
Arly and Bob were great, gutters cleaned and I had screening over downspouts which they removed. Arly explained the screens work well in the City, but I have a lot of trees and debris accumulated on the screen.
They also took the time to attach clips on my heating element that had come loose.
Great customer service.

Posted following a year ago... Andrew was wonderful, he took the time to explain how to clean my dryer vent outside which I did not know as my late husband took care of such things. Great job cleaning my dryer vent, he even cleaned the vent inside my dryer. Great job cleaning my gutters, he also cleaned up around the perimeter of my home. I will definitely call Thunder Spray again, very pleased.
Update to above May 12'22 - Thunder Spray washed my home and cleaned my windows. They did an awesome job and were very punctual. I am a widow so they were kind enough to change some spot lights for me that are very high up that I could not change on my own. I will use them every year for all of my outside jobs.
