Highly recommend! Windsor Proof did an awesome job on my house!

I recently had basement water flooding in one of my property and used the services of Windsor Proof. Chris knows his stuff in and out and explained in details of precisely what needs to be done. I am out of town and relied on Chris heavily without being onsite when the work was done. Chris was super responsive, very responsible, professional and did a great job and completed work in time. In addition, Chris also installed a sump pump and assisted me in applying for the Windsor Basement Flooding Program.

If you are looking for the best your search ends here. From the moment I first contacted Chris he was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Once hired nothing changed. All the work was explained in detail. The quote never changed and the crew was always punctual and courteous. The work was done exceptionally well. Windsor Proof is the way to go!

My mother needed a back water valve and sump pump installed after a recent flood. I called a few plumbing companies and they didn’t return my call or told me I’d have to wait at least a couple of weeks just to get an estimate. I came across Windsor Proof and read the great reviews. Chris the owner, answered my initial call and showed up the next day to give an estimate. His quote was reasonably priced and he did his best to fit us into his busy schedule. His crew showed up on time, did an excellent job with the installation and kept the job site clean and tidy afterwards. We took advantage of the subsidy program from the city and Chris assisted with this whole process and made it very easy for us. Would highly recommend Windsor Proof to assist with any waterproofing or plumbing needs.

Chris and his team installed a sump pump and backwater valve. They took care of the city permits/inspection, were easy to get a hold of and I didn't have to hound him to get my job completed. He also took incredible care of my house/belongings and cleaned up thoroughly after. Would highly recommend

Not only is this crew amazing at their job but more importantly, to me, they are compassionate. There was a family emergency that happened while they were in the middle of proofing my basement and they were respectful and offered to come finish the job when it was a better time. My basement is still perfect, no leaks (2 years down the road). These are the guys to call!

I have used them several times with great success. They always arrive on time, do excellent work. They are neat and throughly clean up afterwards. Prices are always reasonable. They just replaced my existing normal sump pump with an excellent battery back up sump pump. In and out in two hours.

My house had some extensive plumbing issues which required exchanging all of my water lines. The water was turned off all day. When they ran into some issues accessing the lines they persevered, and a normal day became over a 12 hour day so they could ensure I had water at the end of it. Chris and his team went above and beyond what I expected. They maintained their professionalism, answered my many questions and got the work done. They returned the next day to complete some minor tasks and when they left all was clean and tidy. Chris checked in the following week to ensure there were no problems. Chris and his team did a complicated water proofing, back water valve and sump install on a very old property that was in rough shape. He communicated well from start to finish- I was never left in the dark about the progress of that job. I really enjoyed working with him and his team, he is honest and has fair prices. I will be using him for any similar jobs in the future and happily recommend him to anyone looking for any type of water proofing.

Just recently we had water issues in our basement and Chris the owner of Windsor Proof Company came out almost immediately when we called explaining to him about water coming into our basement. Due to us never having to deal with these issues before we didn’t know who to turn to for help, so my husband started calling around to a few other company’s that deal with water issues in basements before talking to Chis. It was unbelievable the other companies never showed up when they said they would, or they replied back to us that they couldn’t make it out for at least a couple more weeks. I know companies do get busy but really it only takes maybe up to a half hour to stop by and valuate the problem. With Chris he took time out of his busy schedule to stop by almost immediately after contacting him to give us the lowdown on where the water was coming in and gave us a quote on what he will do to stop any further water coming in. So happy that those other companies didn’t show up and we hired Chris and his crew to do the job. Which included digging up along the outside basement wall to waterproof our basement plus waterproofing the inside and also installing a sump pump. Chris also set up and completed the paperwork for us to get the reimbursement from the city for the sump pump! The quote he gave us never changed and the job looked amazing upon completion. He even put back a small tree that had to be taken out when they had to start digging along side the house. The professional and the quality workmanship was top notched.
