Darin came to fix my dryer. He kept me informed when he would arrive, and when he got here he was friendly and informative. He got the job done quickly and gave me info about maintaining the dryer. He was everything I want in a service person.

Jim from Xigent was great! Very efficient and professional. He made sure all of our needs were met promptly. He made sure that when he came out to diagnose that our compressor on our refrigerator went out that he was the tech coming back to fix the issue. Five star service from scheduling to completion of repair. Excellent communication throughout, including technician giving 30 minute heads up prior to arrival. They had to order a part for my dryer that came in quickly and additional repair appointment was scheduled right away. Mike, the technician was very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem immediately and completely tested everything to make sure it was working before he left. Highly recommend!

Xigent was scheduled through my American Home Shield warranty, and they did an excellent job. They were quick to get me on the schedule, and communicated well about the repair. The issue was completely resolved, and we were happy with the service provided.

It was great. Jimmy came on time. Put a pad on vinyl floor to keep stove from scratch finish. Turn off breaker, pulled stove, opened new control panel. Then heard on phone. Ordered a white background panel, but got black. After a chat with his office he came to me where I watch TV & said white background panels have been discontinued. Mine is black. I looked at it, it matches the black ceramic stove top, so OK by me. It complements range top. He continue to install while I clean dripped food off side panel stove.

He also answered other question I had re using the Oven clean feature. He then cleaned up his work area & left.

Rudy the Xigent technician was timely, quick in diagnosing the issue with our dish washer, and when our parts arrived in a few days, he returned, and fixed the washer fast. I’m very pleased with his kind demeanor, his professionalism and care taken!

The technician did a wonderful job. He called ahead to let me know his ETA and was right on time. He was very friendly, quickly diagnosed the problem and had all the parts on hand to repair our dishwasher on the spot.

Recently, Xigent Appliance technicians, Jim and Rudy were dispatched to my home for repair of my refrigerator and electric range.

Jim reconfirmed the appointment and arrived on time. Jim was obviously very competent and quickly diagnosed the problem. He also offered some suggestions to improve the performance and efficiency of my 30 year old refrigerator. Jim told me he would order the necessary parts and return to complete the repair. Jim later called me to set up the follow up appointment after the parts were located.

Rudy also reconfirmed the appointment and arrived on time. Rudy diagnosed the problem with my stove and was able to finish the repair as he had the necessary parts on hand.

Both Jim and Rudy are extremely competent. They are both very friendly and respectful of my home. They used shoe covers upon entry. They both represented Xigent very well and spoke well of their company.

I am 101% satisfied with Xigent 's service. Because of Xigent, I intend to renew my American Home Shield policy. These guys "rock." Without hesitation, I a highly recommend Xigent Appliance Repair.

Jimmy was obviously a very experienced technician. I got an education on the Samsung oven-range. Diagnosis was I needed an oven door replacement @ $711.83. I had to evaluate the repair cost vs a new range. I'm an engineer by trade and still couldn't understand why the situation could't be repaired, without a door replacement. I continued to analyze hert issue.
I finally realized the issue, on resolved the issue, without any parts replacement. I wil monitor the fix, but as of now the oven door work flawlessly.

Wonderful service in a timely manner. No off shore translation, pleasant repairman, on time. Plus was very affordable with Sears Warranty Package. You need to look into this program.

Mike came out to fix our dryer, the heating element went out. We just had a newborn and the last thing we needed was our dryer not working with all the newborn clothes that need washed. He came to diagnosis the problem and fixed it same day and was so kind and thorough. Great company with great workers.
