General Contractor reviews in Albany, Oregon

I took one of All-Phase Landscape's courses for me CCB continuing education requirements. I wish more of the CE courses were as interesting as what they offered. Most are really boring and irrelevant to anything I actually do. Glad to find a source for interesting courses.

I called for an estimate and was told that he could come out that weekend. He said that if he didn't make it out to give him a call and we could set something else up. We spoke at length and I told him what I wanted done and he assured me that he could handle the job no problem. He asked me how I heard of him and I told him I found his name on Google .And now I am leaving him a review on Google because he did not bother to show up over the weekend or return my call when I called to reschedule like he asked me to.

Thanks for nothing All-Phase Landscape Maintenance.

Call Dain for any landscaping projects you want to do. He is so great to work with. He installed a retaining wall, drainage, and so much more in my backyard and it will add so much value to my home and the memories we will create in our now useable back yard. Thank you for everything All Phase team for the hard work!

All-Phase Landscaping and Design has done an outstanding job at our VFW Post here in Albany Oregon. The only reason for the 4 stars is only because the project is not yet finished. These guys put in long hours after their regular jobs to provide us with a beautiful patio, stone sitting walls, and a fire pit in the middle. The only things that are left are, sealing the stones and putting up a cover on one end of the patio.
I would highly recommend having them help design your personal oasis. We love sitting by the firepit and looking at the stars in the summer.

All-Phase Landscaping and Design recently completely a retaining wall project for me. The wall was needed to stop an erosion issue. The result, however, is a beautiful landscape feature that I’m incredibly happy with. Not only is the wall functional for its purpose, but added style and beauty to my entry area.
I am impressed with Dain’s knowledge and skill, along with his integrity to work hard to make sure all details were carefully completed. I highly recommend All-Phase Landscape and Design.

Amazing job, thoroughly finishes the job hired to do. Even moved an industrial swing set for my daughter. And another separate play structure out of kindness.
Would recommend to anyone. His creative talent and putting dreams into reality with landscaping is almost unreal. But the weight of those concrete blocks is no joke. So be patient with the process 😇

We ultimately decided to wait on our project due to personal decisions but the process of getting a quote and talking through the design went very well. Dain was thorough and very considerate of our time. He tried really hard to make it work for us and we will definitely be using him to complete the project down the road when the timing works a little better.

I am writing this review for my parents as they hired Dane to re-gravel and edge their driveway. Dane assured my parents this job would only take a handful of days, 4.5 weeks later - it was still not complete. He also hit a sentimental tree with a vehicle that was planted on the property and completely tore it out of the ground. He did not immediately tell the homeowners this happened and although he did offer to replant a new tree, he ended up never doing so. In fact, he never finished the job. He would randomly show up for a few hours a day, never stating when he was coming or going and was incredibly difficult to get ahold of and did not return calls. I wouldn’t recommend working with Dane, unfortunately.

Dane the owner is a great guy with strong work values and integrity. He treats each job with thoughtfulness and ingenuity. He goes above and beyond for perfection and customer satisfaction. Thank you to your crew for a great job on our business property. Highly recommended 👌

Above and beyond the best experience I’ve had/seen. Dain Paul was here day and night doing this burn pit patio for our VFW. I highly highly recommend Dain and his company for any and all work you need done. Thank you Dain Paul and All Phase Landscaping and Design!!!!!!

Took time off work for a scheduled meeting to quote the work. Waited 30 minutes past the scheduled time and they still did not show up. Tried calling, but it goes straight to voice-mail. Don't waste your time like they wasted mine.

We hired Dain, the owner of All-Phase Landscape & Design to provide a low maintenance, hard and softscape, including a water feature, on our two-acre property.
We contacted three companies to assess and provide quotes. All-Phase was the only company to respond in a timely manner with enthusiasm and professionalism. Dain presented a detailed plan and his execution of it was top notch!
Dain and his team are hardworking, precise, and great communicators. They always cleaned up the area at the end of the work day.
Dain is highly educated on the use of landscape materials for erosion control, drainage, plant choices and placement. Our project required heavy equipment to excavate and move/place large rock, gravel and concrete stairs. He chose quality materials that met or exceeded our expectations. We are so pleased with their work, that we have hired them to provide our monthly landscape maintenance.
We highly recommend All-Phase Landscape & Design. You can view some projects on YouTube at: @AmericanTradeSecrets or photos and videos on his website.

We had our hot water heater go and they went out of their way to help us in this emergency situation. Pricing was fair and they did an excellent job.

Had work done by him in the past and just today had new lights installed on my back porch. Always Great Work and it turned out perfect 👍 Thanks again.

Aaron was great! He did the tape and texturing in my bathroom and it looks amazing! Will absolutely use him again in the future!

The best construction team ever, very reasonable in price, punctuality, trustworthy and beyond that Aaron looks at details you wouldn't even thought of. Our experience was OUTSTANDING to say the least. We will see him again for our next remodel..

Aaron did such a wonderful job on our new pergola! Our last one had rotting pillars and was falling over, and the original beams had not been properly set. Aaron properly set our pillars with a solid foundation, and then he set the beams across the top securely to make a more structurally sound pergola. It looks great and perfect for enjoying our backyard! He was quick and courteous with communication. He was able to complete the job in a timely manner. Our overall experience with him was great, and we’d definitely use him again for future projects. We highly recommend AC Rowland Construction!
