They did a wonderful job fixing up our small front area and removing a jungle of weeds. We plan to use their services again to tackle the back in the future!

We’ve been trying desperately to find a service in or around Corvallis that was willing to handle a cleanup job in our large backyard. We have a neighbor with a silver leaf poplar in his yard and it has baby trees sprouting up everywhere. They are impossible to maintain and very fast growing. We had multiple services come out and either refused the job, or said they would do it and then ghosted before eventually admitting they weren’t willing to take it on. In desperation I submitted a form to Amador’s website late on a Friday. I got a response almost immediately and it has been a great experience ever since. Mario came out and was confident they could handle this cleanup of the trees, and also general cleanup for the rest of the backyard and the front. Good communication via text message this entire time. Today they came out, Mario attended as well, and did a fantastic job. The trees are gone, dug up and treated to prevent regrowth in the same places. They also cleared a large area of reeds in no time at all. We can see our fence line again! So worth the money and we plan to have them come for routine maintenance in the future.

We had a bunch of bushes in the yard, and it was overbearing to see, so we called around and found this amazing company and did it within our budget.

My 'yard' is little more than an open field that somebody just decided to put up some fences around. Ground is uneven, sloped. Earth is soft. Not sure what I was thinking when I said 'yes' to this place, but that'll happen when you spend three year living out of a semi and the first chance you get to have your own warm bed and your own shower.

Mario's team showed up while I was sleeping and basically did magic. It was so overgrown. Maybe two feet high? I was trying to manage it myself, but I drive fourteen hours a day and the last thing I feel like doing when I get home is more work, so it was a mess.

Luckily, Amador's Lawn Service was right there in my first Google search. We set up a time to get a quote. Agreed on a price, and the team worked their magic while I was snoring. Couldn't be happier, and I'm just going to have them manage it for me so it doesn't go back to being my own little Jurassic Park.

Oh, and April does a great job with comms. Two thumbs up.

Amador Lawn Service is very professional, friendly, detail oriented. We have been using their service for many years now. We find their work exceptional. We would recommend them to anyone looking for weekly Service. They have made our lives so much easier.

Had them remove sod, put down landscape fabric, and then bark chips. They were very quick and courteous in their communication. Offered a clear layout of costs (which was great). Worked quickly and was able to get everything I asked, with multiple checks to confirm it was what I wanted. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

Amador’s Lawn Service recently did some extensive work for us. The first session involved yard and flower bed clean up. We had been away for an extended period of time and our yard was out of control. Mario and his crew put in 10 hours of steady work weeding, edging, mowing and more. We were impressed with the work and work ethic so we had them back to lay landscape fabric, put in edging, spread rock and bark dust. This was a multi- day effort. Day one they again spent 10 hours on the hottest day in June. Each day they cleaned up the area leaving our walks and driveway dust free. Mario was professional and listened to thoughts and brought our yard from a mess to an oasis.

Absolutely loved working with Mario and his crew at Amador Services! They started working on our projects right away and got them done very quickly. They were all very hard working and always left out property very clean. We will definitely be contacting them for future projects and are recommending them to our friend and family!

We recently had a hot tub installed and contacted Amador for design suggestions that would both fit into and enhance our existing landscape. Mario listened and made suggestions. He and his crew installed the resulting flagstone patio, walkway, and border in a timely manner. We are quite happy with the result.

M&M promptly returned our call and repaired a broken pipe for a very reasonable price. I will definitely call them if I need their services again.

I've tried to get ahold of these guys for a few weeks now. After a dozen messages i went to there address. The property is layed out horribly and you really don't know if there is an office or if there is, I couldn't find it. I put in a note in there doorway to what for the house that was the address on the google search. If you read this, get back to me.

They did several tasks in my frimt and backyard and overall, everything is good. They did not use landscape fabric or any kind of barrier between the ground and the rocks and details like that matter. I learned to not assume things are done to my standards. Make sure everything is in detail and in writing.

If you're looking for a professional team to help clean up your yard and make it look nice, I highly recommend checking out M&MLandscaping LLC. They cleared a bunch of blackberry bushes and brush around our property and prepared our "playground" area for construction.
These guys are professional, punctual and very reasonably priced.

As a General Contractor, I have using M&M Landscaping for 30 years. They have landscaped hundreds of home and many apartment complexes for my company.
But what I am most pleased about is the landscaping M&M did at my personal home. It has matured beautifully and all the irrigation lines still work after 27 years!
I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.
