Christopher Anderson did a great job. He was very thorough. Found the problem solved. The problem explained everything to me what he was doing and why he was doing it. I thought he was very pleasant and easy to deal with and did a great job.

Matthew knew the type of furnace we own (Goodman). He did three adjustments to prevent the furnace from overheating/turning off below temperature.

They offered an after hours service which I accepted. With in an hour they called back with a cancellation and had my unit fixed before 1PM and no after hours charge!
The service person Mike was so helpful, answered all my questions and very professional. Thank you!

My husband & I are very pleased with the work done. They went above and beyond just a A/C replacement. They noticed other issues with our HVAC System (duct issues)that were causing weird whistling sounds and fixed them. Thanks so much Chris Gore you are the best!

Beau showed up exactly on time. He explained the problem very clearly and gave me a solution to the problem. I will contact Mike’s when our heating and AC unit go out. My current issue was a gas line.

Beau was super friendly and courteous and very quickly diagnosed and fixed our AC unit! Super impressed overall with everyone at Mike’s customer service.

Winter 2024 :
I've dealt with Mike's a few times, and they've been great to work with. Furnace went out in December 2024 in a cold freeze, carbon monoxide filling the house and they were helpful to inform me, work with me, and helped get some OR energy credits to reduce the cost. Installed new Lennox furnace and it works wonderful. Jessica was a joy to work with, knowledgeable, helpful, kind.
Summer 2025 : 90° plus temperatures outside, ac blowing warm air, and then making a terrible noise, I turned it off, and they sent someone out to repair right away.
Beau S showed up promptly, prepared, and went right to work.
He had the Hvac system working within 20 minutes !!! At a very reasonable price. Happy to to report it's working great! Thank you Mike's heating and Air conditioning. I appreciate you. Keep up the great work. FIVE STARS. RECOMMEND !

I'm so glad that Matthew, the technician, was able to come over and analyze the air conditioner problem and fix it! I'm so relieved to not be melting in my home. The total cost was not much at all. My repair was squeezed in so it was done within a couple hours of my call (I'm sure that's unusual, but I'm so grateful.)

Chris did an awesome job. In and out, no fuss, clean, and very professional. Mike's is welcome at our place anytime.

Great service. Chris explained what he was doing, what he found and what the options were. The original installer would charge a travel fee, so Mike's heating is now my choice for yearly maintenance and any needed service. Since then I have had another tech, Matt, do a leak search - same comments: professional, efficient and gives clear explanations. Great people to work with.

The full experience from making the appointment through the service call was excellent. The tech, Christopher Anderson, was very thorough & took the time to walk us through his results. The communication with the office & Christopher was timely & complete. We were so pleased that we signed up for their
annual maintenance agreement.

The guys from Mike’s were professional, courteous and efficient. Chris took the time to explain everything they did and showed me how to use the new thermostat! I would definitely recommend Mike’s!

Oh my, where do I start? The service was so quick! Mike's worked to find a tech to come repair our AC unit very, very quickly (I have a medical condition that heat makes me very, very ill) and Matthew was kind, personable and got the job done in literally, minutes. He clearly knew exactly what to look for.
I'm so impressed with this company. They installed our new unit several years ago when we switched from oil heat. We have had nothing but excellent service at a VERY reasonable price.
I would give them ten stars if I could!

I am a very satisfied customer. Paul and Jesse did an incredible job installing a new system. They had some unexpected challenges, did lot of cusom work, and made it all happen in a short period of time. This installation was an attic job on the 2 hottest days of the year. No complaints or excuses just hard work. Every challenge was met with a solution regardless of the effort it took. Paul and Jesse worked as a team. They kept me informed. They were a wealth of knowledge. Very respectful. You guys are incredible. I am a happy and satisfied customer. Thank you.
