Matthew knew the type of furnace we own (Goodman). He did three adjustments to prevent the furnace from overheating/turning off below temperature.

They offered an after hours service which I accepted. With in an hour they called back with a cancellation and had my unit fixed before 1PM and no after hours charge!
The service person Mike was so helpful, answered all my questions and very professional. Thank you!
