Hunter Reger and Wes replaced our furnace today. Great service! Professional. Scheduling was a breeze. I was surprised just a little about how quick everything happened. I called the label on our old furnace first and never thought twice about calling anyone else after that. Oh. Forgot to mention that price was below what I expected too. Very happy customer! Wife is happy too! LOL!

BEST Heating and Air is fantastic. I spoke with Andi and she had a technician out within 24-48 hours. This is a huge plus especially since everyone else seemed 5 days (or more) out on scheduling. Chris T came out and was extremely friendly, knowlegable and patient. He did a great job on the "checkup" of both our furnace and A/C. He also gave me great tips on maintaining everything properly. They are slightly more expensive than a couple of other places I called for the same job but...immediate service and top quality employees definitely make it well worth it. I will call BEST next time I need A/C or Furnace servicing. Thank you.

Was without heat for 3 days calling several places for service. Got frustrated cause no one would call me back to schedule an appointment. So I continued calling without leaving messages cause I wanted to talk to a human being. Best Heating called my number even though I left no message, and scheduled me in for that same day. The service technician was just as caring staying till my furnace was working properly even knowing that a ice storm was coming in. Thanks Wesley and Best Heating and Cooling for your service.
