We had a bit of a tricky furnace install and Cody tackled all the challenges and did an excellent job. Aaron came later on and was very helpful. Anyone who has a good attitude when they go into a crawl space deserves a big thanks.

Called to have them take a look at my system not working quite right. Assumed it was a refrigerant leak the guy agreed. He said he didn't know the previous person who installed it and if they were licensed so he didn't want to get involved and brushed me off. I told them I wasnt looking for any warranties just looking to see if someone can help me out and fix it the right way. My mistake for being honest with them about who did the work originally. Every one has the right the run their business how they want but they obviously aren't looking to help people either

Pace / Loren Heating and Air is a very honest company to work with. They did a repair and replaced a fan motor that burned out AFTER the 1 year warranty due to a possible incomplete installation. David Rowley is a nice technician to work with and found the problem quickly and I highly recommend a company that steps up to this level.
They were able to come repair my system have it up and running the next day from when I called the evening before.
