I have scheduled furnace service with A-action. They have come within two days and cleaned furnace, replaced worn out parts and have done a fantastic job. I truly appreciate their attention to detail. Very nice job!

Having been without a working furnace through most of last winter, while I waited on another heating contractor, A-Action was like a breath of fresh air.

Staff seemed caring, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and helpful, Product selection covered a wide range of options and prices. And, financing options seemed to beat anything I could get from my bank, or credit union,

Overall, I'm extremely happy with our new furnace, as well as A-Action's work in installing it and setting it up.

This family team is phenomenal! Last year they saved us by going above and beyond when our furnace was playing hard ball. Then this year, they came when a different part (that another company installed last year) broke. They are consistently fabulous with communication, professional and considerate, as prompt as possible with service, extremely knowledgeable and expert in the details. And fair prices. Cannot praise them highly enough. Beautiful people!
And to the review that is negative, I'm pretty sure that they just got confused about the name of the company they hired. That experience just does not fit at all.

We had an 80% efficient 2-stage variable speed 80K Btu Trane furnace installed in December ‘23. Jerrold and Junior did a superb job with the installation and clean up. The thermostat began acting up and would not hold to the Monday and Sunday program schedule. After 3 weeks, we reported the problem to A-Action on a Tuesday morning and by Weds afternoon they installed a replacement. Seven weeks later the thermostat was again malfunctioning. Three days later they came out an installed a replacement. Great customer service!

I appreciate quick responses, clear communication, and excellent customer service—and A-Action Heating and Cooling Inc. delivered on all fronts. The technicians, Ken and Scott, were both knowledgeable and personable. I felt comfortable asking questions and even making assumptions, which isn’t always the case in similar situations. Unfortunately, I’ve encountered techs elsewhere who become irritable with such input, but that wasn’t the case here.

There was a minor mix-up with the part we needed and a small clerical error, but both were resolved quickly and professionally, which is all I can ask for. Overall, a great experience!

They charged me $260 for up to 30 minutes of the technician being there to tell me my filter needed to be changed! This is an absurd price to pay to have a filter replaced. There needs to be a pay adjustment based on actual work provided. Instead they charge $100 just to come out to your place and another $100/hour, even if it wasn't a full hour. The tech was fine, he did his job which is why I'm giving this place 2 stars, only for the work he did. For those looking for a FAIR price go to Four Seasons Heating; I didn't want to wait for them to be available so I went with A-Action this time, but I will continue to wait for Four Seasons Heating in the future because they only charged me $90 for an hour of ACTUAL work.

A-Action worked with us from start to finish, listening to our needs and providing great options within our budget and scope. We chose to install a new AC unit and leave our older furnace. Work was done well, taking the extra time to make sure everything was done right the first time, including a new filter box to correct issues with the older system. Installation techs were friendly, courteous, and conscientious. We'd work with A-Action again in a heartbeat.

A-Action heating just finished installing a furnace and air conditioner. The salesman, Bret was very helpful with different options on what to install. And when I compared bids from another Trane dealer with the same models, they were less expensive. The installation went very smoothly and they were very professional. I highly recommend this company to do any HVAC work.

My furnace broke down in late November of 2023. After calling 4 companies, of which all were booked for weeks, I finally called A-Action Heating and they were able to send out a technician within 2 hours. They did diagnose the problem (all they had to do was clean out the fan) but they were totally unprofessional. Their technician did not arrive in a company vehicle, he stunk like cigarette smoke (as an ex-smoker, I know that this can be avoided), he was so chatty that he wasted an hour of my day, and he did not have a mobile payment method so I had to call into their office and divulge my credit card information. After all of that...they called me FIVE MONTHS LATER to tell me that the credit card information was processed incorrectly and asked me for my credit card information AGAIN! Even after talking to the owner, who did not even offer me a discount for their mistake, I was made to feel like my payment was severely overdue, when it wasn't my fault at all!!! DO NOT use this company unless you have NO OTHER CHOICE!

After reading the response from the owner, I can only say that they are trying to make this seem like it was my fault. IT WAS NOT. I gave them valid payment information, received an email receipt along with verbal confirmations from BOTH the receptionist who took my credit card info AND the technician before he left my house. I should have, at the very least, been offered a discount for their mistake that has caused me such inconvenience. They couldn't even get the date of service correct when they sent me a letter asking me to "bring my account into compliance". I'm not the one who should be making sure the payment gets processed correctly. It should be the person who processes these transactions EVERY DAY. When you don't even realize that you didn't get paid for 5 months, something is seriously wrong with your business! DON"T BUY INTO THEIR EXCUSES!!! Find a REPUTABLE company instead.

A-Aciton Heating & Cooling service manager Brett came out to my house and gave me reasonable quote. Brett was very knowledgeable about what type of AC units I should have for the size of my house. Once we decided to go have them installed my new AC, the service people was very friendly, considerate and professional on doing their job. We no longer worry about when hot and humid summer comes! 😀

We’ve had several encounters with A-Action, and they’ve always been helpful, informative, and professional. We recently had an issue with our AC and Dan went above and beyond to troubleshoot and did what he could to keep our costs down. I highly recommend them for any heating and cooling needs!

We hired A-Action to replace our 20+ year old furnace and A/C. There was a bit of delay getting the correct furnace delivered, but once everything was here, it was a seamless process.
The A-Action crew were professional and courteous. They took the time to answer any questions I had and to explain how to operate our upgraded thermostat. They were very patient when my kids asked several questions too.
They kept everything clean and worked two long days to get everything done. Highly recommend them!!

We had A-Action Heating & Cooling replace both our Heating & Cooling 3 years ago after interviewing several other companies. We enjoyed working with them and continue to have them annually service both units.
I would recommend A-Action to anyone in need of routine maintenance or if replacement becomes necessary. You're in good hands!

Only gave them five stars because six wasn't available!! Great experience from sales to installation. Got top rated TRANE equipment for what others were quoting for lesser grades. Jerrold and Junior, the installers, were very professional with great personalities. The A Team rocked!!

❤️ a-action heating and cooling. They do a great job, going the extra mile to make sure that your heating and cooling system is working up to par. They installed the system in my house, which was purchased by the previous owner, and initially I went with a different company for maintenance but ended up with them because I wasn’t happy with the service at the company I randomly chose which was all the way down in the c’s. Seriously the technician at a-action did a great job and I feel confident when they checkout the furnace/ac that my heating/cooling is going to work great 👍

Our h-vac died , I called A-Action and they came out and installed a new system they did a great job. we have lived in our house since it was new. the new system works better then the original ever did . Thank you for your great work.

I’ve had service by A-Action twice and a new heat pump last summer. Each visit and communication has been super helpful, friendly, and polite. They worked through all available options for a heat pump replacement in my townhome, and staff onsite were efficient and respectful.

A-Action was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. If you're looking for someone reliable, who knows what you need without suggesting things that you don't, this is it. Their installation techs are very friendly, and always have your best interests in mind. And when it comes to the speed and quality of their service, they are top notch. If I were stuck in a Groundhog Day scenario, and had to call someone to fix my A/C every day, I'd pick A-Action every time, hands down.

These guys are great. Price was good, installers were professional, installation was excellent ! The county inspector even commented that the level of thoroughness was well beyond what he usually sees. He said he could not even find a minor air leak. When the job was completed, they cleaned up every piece of trash from the installation.
The system performs well beyond the system replaced. I highly recommend using the company under the current owner.
