A-Action Heating and Cooling did a great job replacing my 25 year old HVAC system. The install crew and the folks in the office were all friendly and courteous.

I've been a satisfied customer of A-Action for decades now so when the furnace in our new (to us) house stopped working, I reached out to A-Action for a service call. The wait was minimal and their technician was both friendly and professional.
After a 10 min diagnosis and a short wait while he retrieved a new igniter from the shop, we were up and running again. While at our house, the technician was nice enough to show us how to use the natural gas room heater that we couldn't previously figure out. I've had nothing but great experiences with A-Action!

A-ACTION (the authorized service rep for RUUD Central Heaters) Our serviceman Levi Pennington diagnosed a thermostat failure; inspected, cleaned/serviced our central heater unit bringing it back to normal very quickly. Our heater had failed to come on and our thermostat was reading "BLANK" or intermittent...as noted by Levi.

The service and support that we have received over the years from A-ACTION is impeccable. Thanks for sending Levi Pennington. He a very knowledgeable individual and we really appreciate his knowledge and professionalism.

While I was traveling abroad, the furnace in my rental property completely died. I knew that this day was inevitable considering the age of the furnace. I coordinated 4 different estimates while overseas. Brett and Savannah from A-Action, were a pleasure to work with. They were extremely flexible considering I was in a completely different timezone and was coordinating with my tenants. Their estimate was extremely competitive and their installation is top notch. I highly recommended A-Action.

Had our HVAC blower motor go out on a Friday at 4:30pm. Called right before close and was greeted kindly, they had an appointment first thing Monday morning. The technician showed up when they say they would and troubleshot the problem. Was able to make a full repair then next day with a new part. The technician explained everything and was very thorough with his diagnosis and repair. Had a great experience the entire time I dealt with A- action.
Will use them again.

The previous owner of our home used A-Action so we thought we would give them a try. They is now our go-to Company for furnace and AC. They are very responsive and I like that they are local. Before our move last year, we used a well known Company that advertises a lot. During several winter situations they would not even answer their phone. A-Action gets right back to us in emergencies. They also replaced our old furnace.

A-Action is the best! We have used them for many years in both our old house and our current house. Many moons ago in our previous home, they came almost immediately in the coldest time of winter when our system failed and had us back online in no time. Currently we have a maintenance plan on the furnace and AC unit that they installed in 2014. We have every confidence that we will continue to be taken care of in the professional manner we have become accustomed to over the years. Thank you A-Action!

We purchased a two stage unit, hoping for increased energy efficiency, when in reality it doesn't work properly with our single stage furnace. We were not informed of this constraint in our system before purchasing.

There was a lot of confusion during installation. Even the techs were not knowledge as to how to set it up. Maybe they need more training?

Our bills as of yet have not gone down. (It's pretty hard to tell without a deep dive into last year's weather for completely accurate info.) At this point, with the data we have, we essentially paid $3k+ extra for additional hassle during installation and no noticeable increase in efficiency.

Superb all around. A real no BS family owned company. I needed a gas furnace and I got the straight talk. Installation was top notch with both lads clearly knowledgeable about their trade. I need any heating or cooling furnace/AC issues in the futureI’m calling these folks. Highly recommend and I’m more than happy keeping the money in the neighbourhood. Five stars and six if I could give it.

Sought 5 different quotes from heating/cooling companies over the last 5 years. Each and every quote was for $8,000 or more, and they all told me the prices for central AC were only going to go up year by year. Then the owner of A-Action came over in February at my request, and quoted me for just under $7k. The unit is beautiful. The guys who came to install it were extremely polite and did the job beautifully. Can’t say if the unit works or not, as A-Action has yet to come by and test it like they said they would. I have every confidence they will turn up, and the unit will work perfectly. I’ll change it to 5-stars when I know the unit works as it should.

A-Action installed my Rheem HVAC system 20+ years ago. During that time, they have kept it running with yearly maintenance and parts due to wear and tear. I didn't want to got through another winter with a furnace in it's "golden years". I recently had Tim's installation team put in a completely new Trane HVAC system. Jerrold & Junior did a wonderful job. Both guys are very hardworking tradesmen and very conscientious about their craft. They arrived on time and cleaned up before they left both days. My new Trane AC runs so quite. The Trane furnace (from the test run) heats up the house very quickly. It's going to be a cozy winter thanks to A-Action Heating and Cooling, Inc. I got a new HVAC system from A-Action over 2 years ago. I waited to review to see how it worked through seasons. A-Action was professional, knowledgeable and respectful of my house. I got several estimates, and this one was not the lowest but I chose a quality product, TRANE, and I'm very satisfied. My energy bills are a bit lower, even with the rate increase and temperatures are easier to regulate in my house. I highly recommend calling A-Action for a quote and service.

Professional, quality and most importantly outstanding customer service. Everything was done with such care and quality. Alex was so knowledgeable and patient. Not only she handled the situation professionally she was so caring and patient. I have never been satisfied with anyone but this company when it comes to my house.
