Had a great experience with McMullen Electric today👍 I was doing a project over the weekend (on Sunday), that I expected to be straight forward and easy. However when I ran into an unexpected device and with several extra wires I was not familiar with, I got uncomfortable and stopped with things mostly disassembled. I contacted them over the weekend via an online service. They were the only company that replied over the weekend asking for more details. I replied and sent some pictures. I had left this half done and a circuit disconnected, which caused an issue with one of the devices on my alarm system. They contacted me later Sunday indicating they could swing by Monday morning. They showed up at exactly the agreed to time and were able get everything taken care of and buttoned up within there initial service call hour. I am very appreciative of the prompt responsiveness, both to determine the issue and arriving promptly the next morning to promptly and effectively do the work needed.
