Tree reviews in Aumsville, Oregon

Holy smokes. Chris was absolutely, by and far, the best person for our job. He was professional, honest, and it always felt like our job was important. He went above and beyond and made sure everything was not only done right, but it looks good too. Can't beat that!

Seriously - he turned a project we were nervous about and made it look like the easiest damn thing. Most importantly he took the time to remember our concerns and addressed them. Thanks Chris!

This is my particular story about the felling of a massive maple tree on my property recently. Inasmuch as legendary lumberjack Paul Bunyan is no longer available to fell monster trees, I contacted Northwest’s Best Tree Service (Salem). The response to consult with me to work out the details was quick. Soon, a skilled tree climber/arborist and a well-trained crew felled/removed that tree. The tree climber absolutely knew the strategy of working his way around a tree! AMAZING job! Thank y’all. You guys are impressive!!! I’m a happy customer. I wholeheartedly recommend Northwest’s Best Tree Service: A+ reputation in my opinion, exceptional customer service, knowledgeable/professional and an outstanding ‘go-to’ business for tree-related services.

Chris from NorthWest’s Best Tree Service has been working on big trees on my property. He will be removing a large tree next week that is on its way to becoming a hazard tree. Chris showed up on time (early) and cleaned up completely when done. I have been very impressed not only with his knowledge base and skill but also his obvious love of all things tree! The communication has been excellent .

These guys were AWESOME! Polite, professional and hardworking. I had 3 trees removed. Chris made sure I was updated prior to the removal date and showed up as promised. When they were done they did a super job of cleanup and made sure all the wood, sawdust , etc was removed from the property as requested. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys for tree removal !

Chris and Joe did a solid job of taking care of an oak tree that finally let go. They dropped it with care and then handled the clean up nicely, even being careful not to damage the lawn with the chipper and trailer while moving them. They offer a good value and charge competitive rates.

Out of all the companies that I called, Chris of Northwest's Best Tree Service picked up the phone and made the effort to stop by and take a look at the tree that same day. They deemed it temporarily safe but made it a point to get the tree down as quickly as possible. This was overtop of the work they were doing up in the Santiam Canyon. I cannot convey how appreciative I was of the communication through the whole process.

I had an amazing experience with NWB, he came out and gave me a quote same day ensuring me there was a lifetime quote guarantee. He took his time helping me understand what the costs would be and where he would be focusing on the tree and its needs as well as not pushing for more to be done. We will absolutely do business with them when the time comes ready for our tree to get trimmed/ taken out as I highly appreciated his transparency and commitment to helping me understand everything.

NWB Tree Service did an amazing job on a very big job for us this week, and left our property so clean you wouldn’t have believed they hauled multiple loads of branches and debris from the site! The guys were polite, professional and answered all our questions along the way. They gave us a very good and competitive price too, for the service. I felt confident they knew what they were doing and our 8 very large trees are lighter and happier and ready to head into winter without risk of damage to our home and property. Thanks so much guys!!!!

We had an unexpected ice storm in February of 2021. On our property we had 6 one hundred foot tall Douglas Firs that had branches breaking off from the weight of the ice, luckily missing our house as they fell. Chris was the only arbor that came out the day of the storm and gave us an overview and inspection of our trees, that they didn’t pose any immediate danger to our home or our neighboring homes. We at that time asked for a bid and upon return of said bid decided to schedule complete removal of all timber on the property. We scheduled the job for the first part of May. Chris also came out prior to the job to walk us through the procedure of removing the trees as we were somewhat apprehensive due to the trees location. Chris was thorough in his explanation and this eased our nerves. The day of the job, Chris and his crew arrived on time and began to work. Unforeseen events took place during the removal of our trees that was out of Chris’s control, but did impact the timeline of the removal of the timber. Chris worked though these events and made sure we were taken care of and even came out on Mother’s Day to complete the job. Chris adjusted his bid accordingly to accommodate us on the unforeseen events and completion of job was done shortly after, with Chris performing a lot of cleanup on his own to ensure we were satisfied. We were completely satisfied, and I would recommend NorthWest’s Best Tree Service!

Northwest best tree service to the great job for us. Aaron and James showed up with a friendly smile and ready to work. They set several different lines for us in our trees, to accommodate what we and our landlord both needed. It created a lot of extra work for them but they didn't do anything but just keep going with a smile on their faces I would recommend them to anyone that wants a hard-working, polite and good person to show up to do a job well done!!!

Chris, Justin and Levi were just out today. What a pleasure to work with them! Chris came the day before to do an estimate, friendly, personable, and very well priced. They were able to do the job the next day and did a beautiful job. We needed a tree taken down, and lots of trim and cleanup of 4 big firs on our property. They asked our input along the way, and the cleanup was meticulous. I would give A-1 recommendation of this company to anyone that needs tree work done. Thanks guys, you did a wonderful job!

We had this massive Cottonwood in our back, both guys that came out were so good and nice. I believe it was Chris and Tristan. I would highly recommend these guys for any tree removal.

Chris and his crew were wonderful! They did exactly as I ask them to. Go go as high as they could on the neighbors fir tree. I will use this company again .

They came out and took down our dangerous Dr. Seuss Spruce. They showed up on time, were very polite and professional, got it down in a few hours without damaging the landscaping around it, and cleaned up the area nicely. On top of all that, they were extremely competitive in their pricing. If I ever need any more tree work done, they will be my #1 go-to.

**Update: Had Chris and Aaron out to get 6 huge firs out and they did a phenomenal job. Grateful for their hard work and professionalism. They are the tree guys I recommend to all my Real Estate clients and friends and family. Thanks guys!

I had two trees directly in line with our home. I had read about them online and was nervous to use a company I had not heard of yet. They were WONDERFUL! They were prompt and very knowledgeable. They kept all branches big and small off the home and our fences and patio. They were quick with getting the job done and got the entire area cleaned up very well. We were very impressed and grateful to have tried them out. I would highly recommend them to others. I will also have them back out for a couple more trees!

We had a great experience! Chris and his crew were all communicative and punctual. They got us scheduled quickly and had our two trees out and the mess cleaned up within 3 hours. I was impressed with the techniques used to ensure the branches didn’t hit the fence or house. I felt they were priced fair too. Would definitely use them again.

These guys were awesome! We had two trees that needed tending due to damage. Every few months we’d see these huge cracks so it was definitely going to fall soon. Chris came out that weekend to take a look and sent us the proposal the same day. Great price considering how much work they did! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. One tree needed some pretty large tree-sized branches removed which required a bucket truck and was really high up, second was pretty reasonably sized but the whole tree had to go. They knocked it out in a few hours! They cleaned the yard and finished up. Really awesome work, grateful they were able to come by so fast.

If you are looking for reliable, professional, timely service with great communication and stellar results, look no further! This dynamic company will take good care of your tree trimming/cutting needs.

I had several “leaners” that were causing a hazard on my street, with powerlines right across from them. No problem for these guys! They made all the arrangements to close the road during operation, and safely and quickly removed the hazards. They even cleaned up a tree that had fallen a couple years ago. And… they came all the way to Otis Oregon to do it!

Thanks NWB!!
