They never showed up for the appointment the day I was sent an email for instead they said they were overbooked so they changed the date to a different day and never even sent me a text or called to inform me of the situation. Then when I called the lady I spoke to was very cold and rude. I would never ever use them if I had a choice but it’s through my protection plan.
