Reviews of local pros in Banks, Oregon

The Oregon Tree Service team was able to remove a tree that fell on our home when we were at our absolute lowest emotionally and mentally. They handled our emergency request with ease and provided us with amazing service; removing the tree completely without causing further damage.10 out of 10 would recommend.

In response to SuziQ 1 star review - I am her neighbor and the person who hired this company. Susan was completely out of line asking them not to use power tools and to alter the work that they were doing because of how she wanted it (even though it was not in her yard and she was not the one who hired them). I witnessed all interactions and the team was very respectful and understanding but they were not doing anything wrong and so they did not stop the service. Her post is in retaliation, please disregard.

This company and their owner and employees are incredible. They are responsible, quick, reasonably priced and very professional. The work I needed done was done efficiently and looks amazing! We have used them for several different projects and they have always been the best!

Oregon Tree Service did an exceptional job at a fair price. The team was very professional working well together to get the job done quickly. We definitely will be hiring them again.

Neptali and his crew were very professional, arriving on time and they did a phenomenal job removing 8 cedar trees and one large maple tree. I had the maple and one cedar tree's roots ground up too. Huge cedars....and their tree climber was awesome!! Very impressed and will never use any other tree removal company again. Very fair price. The did this all in one day. Amazing.

Neptali and his crew cut down 3 threes, did stump grinding and removed all of the wood and debris. I could not have been more pleased with the work done by him and his team of three. They were efficient, careful, and obviously safe. And they cleaned up all of the debris. Fantastic crew!

Neptali and his Team were great they went above and beyond. They cut down one tall tree. When they left you wouldn’t have known they were here their attention to clean up was awesome. There was a damage to the Sprinkler system and a minor Scratch on Window mesh. They came back within a day and fixed both the problems. I would recommend Oregon Tree Service, LLC as professionals who get the job done right and at a reasonable cost. You will definitely love their work and very honest and nice people.

Alonso and his team were great and we strongly recommend Oregon Tree Service! Half of our 50 ft tree fell during a weekend rain storm and Alonso came over the next day to assess the work even though we called on a Sunday. A few days later, the team took our tree down quickly and efficiently. They were very diligent and took the initiative to protect our yard furniture. They were also kind enough to take our chips to our neighbors house. Great service!

We had four bids on removing trees, Two in the front yard, and one in the back which was much larger and had to be taken down by hand. It took them one hour to take the two trees in the front down in two hours to take the one in the back down and grind all three of them all up in three hours
These guys had the best bid and did an excellent job, downing the trees, grinding them up and cleaning up very well after them themselves

Neptali was great from start to finish.. he came out, gave us a fast quote, and beat out all the competition. He showed up when he said he was going to and did the job so fast. I will definitely use him again in the future, and will highly recommend to everybody.

Neptali and his crew were amazing! I was on a deadline to have limbs trimmed for my homeowners policy. Neptali came to my house and gave me an estimate the same day as I reached out. Not only is his pricing fair and reasonable, but his customer service goes above and beyond. I'll definitely refer all my friends and family to him!

Neptali and his team did an outstanding job clearing our stumps. We have 3 acres and had dozens of stumps. My property is now free of stumps and looks great. Thanks Neptali!

Neptali and his crew are fantastic!. He’s taken down some large and difficult oaks at multiple addresses on our street (NW West Union). They’re incredibly professional and friendly and unbelievably fast. If you’re looking for a very skilled team to trim or remove trees at a very reasonable cost you really should call them!

Neptali and his crew were amazing they went above and beyond. They cut down two trees each around 100 feet tall. When they left you wouldn’t have known they were here their attention to clean up was awesome. I would recommend Oregon Tree Service, LLC as professionals who get the job done right and was very reasonable. You will love their work and very nice people.

Hired to trim three deciduous trees. Their price was reasonable and their service was excellent. The crew arrived on time as promised and efficiently trimmed the trees. They were professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. They did an excellent job and removed all the debris from the work. We were very happy and will use them again.

I highly recommend Oregon tree service! They did a great job on taking down a large dying tree in my front yard and cleaning up some of the back ones in preparation for this winter. Frank and Neptali did a great job communicating cost, educating me on the tree’s condition, and removal. They really took care when removing the tree and trimming the others!

I can’t speak highly enough of Oregon Tree Service.

They came to trim 3 of our 8 very large Douglas Fir trees.

Not only were they affordable, their crew was professional, efficient, and the cleanup was immaculate.

I will definitely be using Oregon Tree Service again in the future.

I hired Oregon Tree Service two separate times in 2022 to remove a total of 10 trees and grind out 14 stumps. Neptali and his crew did a great job. I had no issues with the work and no problems occurred during the removal. They also did a fantastic job cleaning up, the yard was cleaner than when they started! Highly recommend Oregon Tree Service.

They called us back when we left a message! They gave a good estimate and were quick in scheduling the work to be done. Tree removal and stump grinding and clean up were excellent. Would highly recommend using them. Will call again when needed.

Fabulous crew! They were on time, followed through on all promises, were very professional, and very neat and tidy.

Neptali at Oregon Tree Service was professional, timely, and thorough. We had several quotes to have many trees removed and OTS was by far the best. The crew was efficient and professional. They took care of our yard and belongings while dropping limbs and trees in extremely tight spaces and cleaned up well when they were done with the job. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

I had the pleasure of working with Oregon Tree Service recently, and I couldn't be more impressed with their professionalism and expertise. From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful in guiding me through the permitting process, making what could have been a complicated task feel easy and stress-free.

When it came time to remove the tree, their team was nothing short of meticulous. They were extremely efficient, but what stood out the most was their care for the surrounding environment. They took every precaution to ensure no damage was done to my property or the other plants in the area. It was clear that they take great pride in their work and have a deep respect for nature.

On top of all that, the team was an absolute pleasure to work with. They were friendly, professional, and communicative throughout the entire process. If you're looking for a tree service that's reliable, thorough, and easy to work with, I highly recommend Oregon Tree Service!
