Very rude crew chief or owner of the company, whoever, he was. He wasn't doing my yard, but my neighbors. We live in a group of homes and we all use services such as these and none of them pull up with their grinding rig on full speed, or whatever you call it. He did agree to turn it off while they were working. Then cut a tall tree bush down and when my husband asked if he could brush off the leaves that while on my roof, are on my neighbor's front walk way, he said no. The leaves are now on the neigbor's walk way, bc I reached over the fence and brushed them off. Napoli or whatever your name is, maybe you should come back and finish your job. I have pictures should they be wanted.

Had a large tree that was damaged in the ice storm that was threatening to fall on our house. Oregon Tree Service was one of the few companies with the experience and technical know how to get the tree down without a crane. They methodically disected the tree limb by limb ensuring the homes on both sides weren't damaged. They even ground the stump and removed all debris in one afternoon.I highly recommend Oregon Tree service for all things related to trees. With all of the money I saved not having to use a crane, I was able to pay a roof cleaner to come out and finish the job. Thanks OTS!

We had a dying tree that was damaged and very close to the house. Other services said the tree wanted to fall towards the house or other trees. One service wanted $$$ to rent a crane! OTS dropped the tree in exactly the right direction, hitting nothing else. They then used a powered picker to carry the trunk up to street level (10 feet above the stump). I was very impressed with their work and would definitely hire them again.

Neptali and his team are friendly, safe, punctual, gave a very fair bid for a job well done.. We have had 2 HUGE trees taken down by Neptali and his team. I would only use Oregon Tree Service and Neptali/team for any of our tree removal.

Neptali and his crew are Top Notch! Over the last two years Neptali and his crew have kept our tree’s professionally trimmed and heathy! After the most recent large ice storm our trees stoop happy and healthy because of Neptali’s work, other trees in our neighborhood did not handle the storm as well! We have had his crew remove trees due to disease or overcrowding. His crew is on time very organized professional and incredibly efficient. I highly recommend Oregon Tree Service for emergency tree service or for general maintance of trees, he will get the job done!

I think Oregon tree service did a fantastic professional job today removing the trees in our trailer court crew was courteous kind and polite and pleasant to talk to. I definitely recommend them to anybody for tree removal. I personally did not hire these people the owner of the court did but I think it was a great decision to hire Oregon tree service.

Neptali is the best 👌 I was out of town and trusted him to do the job and it was fabulous. I had gotten bids from 6 tree removal companies listed as 4 or 5 stars on the reviews. His bid was the best and he is actually a real arborist. Definitely my tree guy!

As a matter of basic fairness, I wanted to take a minute to thank and congratulate Oregon Tree Service for the quality of their service and professionalism. From the time I first contacted the company and Neptali, their certified arborist came to look at the tree to give me a quote, to the time he and a crew of three came to remove an entire maple tree, I have had nothing but positive observations about the company. Every time I called him with questions, Neptali promptly returned my phone calls. Again, he and his team came right one time, as promised yesterday, and the tree was gone within a few hours. Logs were properly piled up as requested, all debris removed, and the driveway left extremely clean. They just do business the old fashioned way: one happy customer at the time. Friendly people too! Oregon Tree Service is a great company! Neptali and team did an excellent job removing several large trees that were located in a very difficult area... so difficult, the job required a crane. My experience was positive from beginning to end. The quote was reasonable, Neptali worked with me regarding scheduling to allow enough time for neighbors to be notified, the day of removal everyone showed up on time, the work was completed efficiently and the clean up afterward was well done. They did such a great job, I asked Neptali to quote another tree for removal at a different property.
If you are looking for a safe, professional and dependable company, Oregon Tree Service is highly recommended. Neptali and his team are excellent!

Neptali the owner is someone you definitely want to work with. I have worked with 2 other companies in the past and on this particular project I had 3 other companies bid (Evergeen, joe grab, and monkey man) Neptali came in lower than the other 3 companies by $2k and his work is top notch!

I had 2 large oak trees to be removed. Everything taken away and both tree stump grind. They brought a 6 man crew on a Saturday which included Neptali. They were very professional and hard working! They got it done in half a day. Cleaned up like they were never here. I will never use anyone else! I highly recommend Oregon Tree Service!

These are my go-to tree service guys from now on. I had 3 huge bark beetle infested trees removed for a reasonable price. Communication was prompt and professional, it was so much fun watching his team work seamlessly with each other, and I’m looking forward to doing business with Oregon Tree Service again.

I used Oregon Tree Service to take down a large tree that was extremely logistically difficult to remove, because it was nestled between other very large trees in a tight space without much room to maneuver. They also ground some additional stumps from trees removed years ago, and hauled all the wood away. Neptali and his crew were amazing. Neptali was very easy to work with regarding the quoting and scheduling process, and he even coordinated with the utility companies to make sure the work we were doing was not in conflict with any of the underground service lines. Neptali and his crew arrived on time, and completed the job efficiently and professionally for a reasonable price. I would definitely use Oregon Tree Service again, and would recommend them to others looking for good value and quality service.
