I can't say enough good things about Allen. He's knowledgeable, quick and honest. He's been our fireplace guy for 5 years and I couldn't be happier.
We've only used him for regular maintenance, but I'd only go to him if we needed any sort of servicing done on our unit.
And... the woman that does all of the scheduling and reminders could not be sweeter!! Amazing experience through and through.

From start to finish a lovely and professional experience. It turned out to be a bigger project than either of us expected, it started with a cleaning of my gas fireplace to a faulty valve preventing ignition only to find an electrical issue with the wall switch. Allen tackled it all with ease, unperturbed, and kept me updated throughout. After all of the extended difficulties he cleaned the unit and even sanded and painted a few pieces that were flaking. Joni didn't oversell: it looks and works fantastic! Thanks again!
