The repair work was replacing one tile that had slipped down. The crew secured the tile and checked for any other issues. The work was done with care and I appreciated overall service.

This was the worst experience I have ever had as a home owner. This company ruined my soffit with their new roof application. I was told by everyone at the company including Tom the owner that they stand by this work and this is normal. He said there was nothing they could or would do for me.They kept saying I signed a waiver saying there could be nail perforation. This is more than nail perforation, my home has been vandalized and I have been insulted and belittled by every man I have had to talk to at this company. I asked if they could fix it if I paid them more money and was told to find someone to cut the nails and paint over it, that is unacceptable.

I have since had two other roofers out that both said this is terrible unprofessional work and one even said I should get a lawyer. I don't have time for all that and just want to move on but I have to at least post a review to warn others. THERE ARE BETTER ROOFERS OUT THERE!

I have posted three pictures of these soffits and they surround the entire length of my house so you can image how horrible they look. I am beyond bummed that my house will look like this all summer.

Since the owner responded I am adding to my review. I ended the phone call nicely because that is the kind of person I am. I think their response just further proves my point, they will have you sign a waiver and then they will destroy your soffit and throw the waiver you signed in your face. THEY DO NOT WANT TO FIX THIS BECAUSE ITS TOO TIME CONSUMING AND THEY CAN"T MAKE ENOUGH MONEY ON IT. I AM HIRING ANOTHER ROOFER AND HAVING TO PAY THEM TO FIX THIS PROBLEM. IF YOU WANTED ME HAPPY YOU WOULD HAVE FOUND SOMEONE TO FIX WHAT YOU DESTROYED!

UPDATE>>>>>ADDED some new information. I just had a new roofer on my roof and I went up there with him you should see the crappy job this company did! It was not only my soffits that got destroyed but they did not lay the shingles down properly in several spots so water was not running off my roof correctly. Turns out the roofers All Surface hired don't even work there anymore, wonder why?

We interviewed 5 companies, and while All Surface was slightly higher than the lowest estimate, we felt most confident in their thoroughness to address putting proper material around the vents, skylights, fireplace and ridge line. We were not disappointed. The roof looks great. They did zero damage to the landscaping and they clean up all of their "mess" that happens during construction. It amazed us that they were able to do it on a couple of dry winter days. We highly recommend All Surface Roofing.

All Surface Roofing did our entire residential roof and it looks amazing. We were very happy with the entire process. Then a tree branch fell through our shed's roof, and All Surface was able to come very quickly to fix that. They matched everything perfectly.

They are our first choice now and I highly recommend to anyone who wants quality work done.

We had our tile roof cleaned and treated by All Surface. They were prompt and thorough. They cleaned the roof and then came back on a dry day and applied the treatment. Our roof has never looked better! They cleaned in and around our gutters too. When they finished they cleaned everything up and even caulked around the skylights. We will definitely be calling them again.

All Surface did a great job of replacing our complex roof on our historic home -- many dormers and other detail.. The crew work hard, they were friendly, they protected the extensive plants around the house, and kept at it even though the job took longer than expected. The bid was also substantially more attractive than two others. I would highly recommend!

Reached out to see if they could help me. Didn't get through the first time. The person I spoke with before doesn't seem to be there any more and the person on the phone was curt if not flat out rude.

The estimator, Peter, was very knowledgeable and helpful! I hired this company based on a combination of my experiences with him, plus the online reviews. The crew cleaned the job site up nicely every day, and it looks as if they did a great job with the roof . They did have to replace more plywood than we originally thought, so my cost ended up going $2,000 over the estimate. But I'd been warned that could happen.

All Surface exceeded my expectations in every way. Starting with sales, Peter was knowledable, relatable and gave me a fair price. Then Carlos' crew came in to demo and install the roof. Courteous and professional, the roof was installed one day earlier than I expected and the cleanup was thorough. I would definitely use them again!

This company does poor quality work, has no customer service skills after your roof has been installed and payed for. They have no idea how to install the proper flashing, causing water damage years later. My wife and I spent over ten thousand dollars to have and our old roof torn off and new installed as part of our contract they were to inspect and replace plywood and roof joists as needed and now three years later we are finding dry rot, and water damage due to improper flashing. I have attached of a few many images of there work. Home owners be ware, go with high bid if this business is one of your quotes and inspect all contractors after the job is done!!!!!!!

This is a very reliable contractor. Our house had a roof leak for a long time. I called several contractors to come to get an estimate and this is the only one coming over in the scheduled time. The estimator was very professional and did climb to the roof to do the investigation. The price they asked was very reasonable. The workers came as promised timely and finished the job beautifully within two hours. After it was done, they didn't ask any extra money and my roof was not leaked any more after the fix. I would thank for their work and recommend their service to everybody.

We are very happy with All Surface Roofing. We had a couple leak repairs done a few months before we went with a new roof. During the new roof replacement, my wife got very sick and I had to take her to the ER twice. All Surface finished the roof quickly and did a good job of cleaning up while we were gone. They did the walk through after the replacement on my schedule and I really appreciate that. Thank you Crystal, Brett, Norm and Megan for putting up with me and my goofy sense of humor. Oh and yes I would highly recommend them to anyone in the future.

The work was done professionally, and to the underwriter’s satisfaction, and at a very fair price that we could still afford even after buying a house. The team communicated very well, and the work was done in two days — even with removing two layers of roof, installing a new roof and a new roof on a detached pergola. Would recommend.

The whole re-roofing process went very well, from Brents visit to give us a quote to their final inspection. Brent was the only one of three quotes that ever got back to us, they were not the least expensive of the 3 quotes, but we had the most confidence that they would do the best job. Their crew did a great job and finished faster than we had been told, even in the heat we were having. They made sure their crew was safe and that we were satisfied, which we are! Highly recommend them.

Information about scope of work and time line for scheduling was explained. Roofing crew arrived on time on the day scheduled and completed the work that day.
