Construction Company reviews in Beaverton, Oregon

Amazing team, great service, fantastic work! They worked on all of my electrical, plumbing, and remodeled my bathroom BEAUTIFULLY, highly recommend!

These guys showed up on time, every day, worked hard , and finished on time. They are respectful and honest. I'm thrilled to recommend them . You can contact me if you have any questions. Carlos has my number.

This is the second time they’ve come by to fix something for us. They replaced our weak balcony supports. They’re always friendly and make sure that we’re happy with their work. I’m considering hiring them for another project soon. Would definitely recommend.

Our House Contracting is a prime example of professionalism, with a genuine empathy where you need it most; in your own home. Customer service of this caliber is hard to come by, and as most folks who’ve lived over a couple decades knows; quality service providers of any ilk, (let alone within the home-contractors sectors,) is a blessing, and a diamond in the rough. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Alex and Carlos Azpeitia on a couple of projects that were dear to my heart, as they involved my mothers home. They were kind, courteous, hard-working and cleaned-up after themselves to a level that exceeded my mother’s expectations. Didn’t give y’all a “perfect-5 stars” because nobody’s perfect😬Thanks again Alex and Carlos!

I appreciate every single one of you and all of your efforts in making this such a great experience for everyone involved. All the wonderful work you and your crew are doing. Steve who was the project manager was a joy to work with. I have nothing but good things to say we are really fortunate to have found this company for our renovation.

Thank you so much for your hard work and your patience.
My kitchen and my bathroom look amazing.!

can’t say enough good things about this company. I called the owner Carlos and him and a team showed up within a few days and gave me a great quote for a bathroom remodel, new plumbing, and a few other odd jobs around a new house I had just bought. His team really understands the value of that NYE gritty and professionalism and after long days and even working through the night they had my place looking brand new and ready to move in. I would 10/10 recommend Our House contracting and construction to any of my close friends or family

Our House was absolutely stellar! I shopped around for the best price, and value… with many contractors out there, it can be a difficult task to accomplish. I will stay this: you get what you pay for. Our House is not the cheapest in town, but, if you want high quality work done, the right way! Go with Our House. You won’t regret working with Carlos and his team.

Our House Contracting just finished up our second story deck, and I could not have asked for a better experience or outcome! Steve, the project manager, was a joy to work with. He listened to our ideas, offered great feedback and solutions, was patient with our questions and concerns along the way, and helped us save costs wherever we could. The team showed up on time every day, worked a full day, and built an absolutely beautiful and very sturdy deck. I will be calling Our House Contracting again, and I highly recommend them for any project you may be considering.

Our House Contracting recently helped us with our bathroom renovation, removing everything down to the subfloor and installing the new tub, toilet and fixtures. Steve and Carlos were great to work with! They quoted us a very competitive price, worked around my husband's schedule so he could complete the tiling that he wanted to do himself, got the work done quickly, and saw to it that things were done right. Steve was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. I would be happy to work with Our House Contracting again on future projects.

Was incredibly helpful and thorough with our families remodel project! Very happy with the outcome and the communication throughout the process

Professional, incredible attention to detail, very fair pricing and extremely knowledgeable. Wish we had worked with this team sooner and will continue to do so for home renovations going forward.

if i had to recommend a company for any residential upgrades for your home, Our house has to be one of the few construction companies that get recommended right off the bat for any home projects i would give them a call no hesitation they will let you know if the job can get done and if it can’t they will give you a better solution!!

I have worked with Steve on a couple of projects over the last few years. He and his crew have always been great to work with.

I have a rental house that needed deck repairs done ASAP. The crew completed the project in less than a week staying on schedule. The Tennant's comment "The crew did a fantastic job on the deck and they were genuinely kind and professional"

Carlos and his team @ Our House did an amazing job from start to finish. Great communication throughout the project. We love our new addition!

Carlos and Steve did a great job installing a new bathtub with custom tile work. Also removed wall to add new bathroom sink and counter. Completed the work in timely manner. Very clean cut and professional.
