The electrician came to the house and replaced our porch light and replaced a ground fault plug in bathroom. He was knowledgeable in his trade, as well as customer service. Kind, courteous, the type of human not seen often in today's world. A craftsman.

We live in an old apartment complex. Half our electricity went out, and the staff at the complex couldn’t figure it out. Paul came in, super nice, we showed him what happened and he got to work. Hour later everything is working better than before the electric went out. He went above and beyond and I’m so thankful for his hard work.

Paul from Wired Electric came by to do some work on my electrical when my power went out at my house. He was thorough, knowledgable, and personable; Paul was awesome to work with!
I really appreciate that he took the time to consult with inspectors ahead of working on the project to make sure everything worked on would pass inspections for special circumstances at my house.
He also worked hard to get me back on power as soon as possible. We had to coordinate with PGE to get power back, and he was persistent and was able to get them to come out sooner than anticipated. He really cares about making sure his clients are taken care of.
Paul was also very thorough in explaining the whole process and consulting me in how I wanted the project to end up. We ran into a hiccup along the way and he provided multiple options for how to resolve the issue and made sure I was happy with the outcome, even though it meant staying longer to get the job done. He was very patient through the whole process. He was also very conscientious about cleaning up the job site and keeping my home clean. He was great to work with and I highly recommend hiring him!

Ted Brenton was a thorough, skilled professional. Easy to work with and a great communicator. Having time to spare on our visit, he also installed a new outlet in our guest bathroom. Highest marks!
