I've ordered from them multiple times in the past, typically a bit expensive, but they are a one stop shop. Recently I placed an order for items I was in a time crunch for, and a month later, after nothing ever arrived, I contacted them and was told the order was cancelled. No email, no phone call, no update to my order status. Checking the status of my order online shows that it is all just waiting to ship, but apparently never well. Never again.

I placed an order online for the for the company that I represent, as I am the maintenance manager for my plant. The order is accepted, and I'm given an electronic invoice. A little over 24 hours later, I missed a call from them and IMMEDIATELY returned it to be told the person trying to get ahold of me was currently out of the office. I pay no mind, check on the order on my end; all seemed fine. A couple hours later, I'm emailed stating that the order could no longer be filled. So I picked up the phone in hopes of finding another alternative for my application. My call is answered in a very rude manner, from the very person who had tried to reach me earlier, and personally sent the email. Short sentences with even shorter reply I get from this representative, as he asks for my order number. I recite it off, and he says how would you like to proceed with the order. I stated that one part would be irrelevant without the other. Before I could even complete my sentence, asking if there was an alternative. He had hung up on me. Eugene Año-nuevo. "Resource Center Specialist", I think not.

Very good service and attention from the staff, my appointment was at 3:30 and I check in at 3:10 and at 3:48 I was ready to go. They are super fast and professional. The on-site U-turn is the only drawback in case you find another truck unloading at the same time.

Excellent customer service.
They are open on weekends. We needed a few very specific parts for an electrician coming to our home Monday morning.
We went to the wrong door of the warehouse. This place does not usually serve regular customers, but seems to be more focused on contractors.
A worker let us in (to what appears to be the call center) and ordered our stuff for us. We should have apparently called ahead or ordered online, but he found our stuff on their computer system and sent it over to the will call area - the place we should have gone. We walked over there and he met us. Two other employees helped to get our stuff. All three were very friendly and helpful.
Great place and we will definitely go there for our next big project.

DC is now only open from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Really disappointing as they used to be the place to go to in the middle of the night when you were screwed. Now you're just screwed.

David and Ben helped with a Nest Gen 4 installation along with new smoke/carbon monoxide detectors. The Nest required new wiring and some tricky integration into my new furnace system. I got my appointment quickly, technician was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. Great experience, would/will use them again.

Excellent experience. I’ve had several electricians work on my house over the years and Joey is definitely in the top of the class. Great workmanship. He is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. This project entailed the installation of a house back up power generator. Joey explained the entire process and generously shared his expertise throughout installation. He also helped me with electrical questions after completion. Ask for him on your next electrical project. I will.

Mr Electric is awesome! Dustin recently ran power to our yard to power a custom hot tub we built - a very non-standard job with lots of twists and turns. He helped us figure everything out and remained a delight to work with through all the curveballs. Beyond Dustin being great, the office kept us well informed on timing and next steps throughout the whole process.

We'll definitely be using Mr Electric for any future work.

My wife recently saw a Mr. Electric van and decided to give them a try, and we are both so glad we did. We have been living with a non-functional kitchen pendant for literally years due to poor and frustrating experiences with previous electricians (including a couple sent by our home warranty company). Upon seeing the company van, my wife gave Mr. Electric a call and set up an appointment to replace our non-functional kitchen pendant and the original entryway light in our 1987 home. Joey was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was communicative, punctual, and thorough. Best of all, he was simply a nice person and a good human. The work was completed carefully, he explained to us why the previous attempts at repair in our kitchen did not work, and we even chatted personally and found out that we have some local contacts in common. It's really nice to have a company and tech that not only does good work, but makes the whole process feel like you are part of a small community. Thank you so much!

Taylor is very Knowledgeable when it comes to his work and he is a nice man. He made sure everything was done right before he left. He even cleaned up after.

I recently had a hot tub installed and needed the electric portion coordinated with a new patio install that was not going well at all. Joey from Mr. Electric was extremely patient and made multiple visits to my home, graciously working around our failing hard-scape project. When the hot tub finally delivered, the hot tub delivery crew was hesitant to complete the installation, as the hot tub company provided incorrect schematics for the electrical connection inputs. Joey was critical to the success of this install and quickly solved the schematic issues and found a way to rout the electrical successfully into the hot tub. From the initial design, panel upgrade, hot tub install, and final city inspection, Joey made a crazy and frustrating project a reality. I highly recommend Joey from Mr. Electric and will not hesitate to use him for all future electrical needs.

Dustin P was our technician, and he provided excellent service. He was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough with his inspection and explaining issues/answering questions. He gave us a detailed estimate for possible future work and replaced two bathroom fans while he was in our home, doing the job efficiently and cleaning up after himself when he was done.

Chad and Tim were great and fixed electrical work that the previous homeowner did. Very fast and kind. Excellent work.

There is no hesitation in giving my recommendation and 5-star review to Mr. Electric for another great service engagement on 3/14/2025.
