Team 5 (Lourdes, Ann, Lizbeth, Alejandra) have been doing a phenomenal job cleaning our house. They're so friendly, take great care of our things, and are so quick. We have used other cleaning services before that took 3-4 hours and Team 5 is in and out in about an hour. We are so thankful to them and plan to use The Maids as long as we can!

I thought I had already submitted a review but now I can't find it. I am extremely impressed with The Maids. The team who cleaned my apartment (#3, I think) was professional, friendly and really, really good. While it was expensive, it was worth every penny. The only question now is, how long can I keep it up like this!

Team 6 led by Team Leader Briseida did a great job cleaning our whole house, top to bottom - hallways, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, etc.! I really appreciate how thorough they were. Bathrooms & kitchen were sparkling! Thank you again!

I had both a move-out and move-in cleaning done. Team 3 did our move-in and Team 5 did our move-out. I explained my areas of concern (dusty blinds, dirty window tracks, grimy cabinets) and the team got to it. I’m very particular with how my home is cleaned and The Maids cleaned it beyond my expectations.

Scheduling communication is clear, timely and office is easy to contact. I highly recommend them!

Currently 9 months pregnant and really needed our house to be thoroughly cleaned after letting things slides the past few months. I had team #6 with Briseida, and they did a great job resetting our whole home. They worked quickly and efficiently. I feel so relieved and ready to bring our baby home to a clean house.

OMG! Life changing. Team 4 did an incredible job of cleaning our house. We have been renovating for years and things were a mess until Lupita and her team came to work their magic. It took them 8 hours of nonstop work and we thank them. Everything shines and smells fresh. I would recommend Team 4 to anyone doing phased in renovations. It is worth every cent and more! We have peace mind and are comfortable. THANKS AGAIN TEAM 4!

Based on the quality of cleaning I received, I’m genuinely surprised by the number of 5-star reviews. My experience was very different.

Very expensive — $565 for approximately 1.5 hours of cleaning (4 people, roughly $94 per person-hour).
2. Cleaning quality did not meet expectations. There was visible residue left on countertops, door jambs were not cleaned, corners of window sills still had dirt, the top of the TV was not dusted, and areas under tables that required bending down were skipped.

Overall, it felt more like a light surface wipe-down and vacuum rather than a thorough cleaning. I had a few already-rinsed dishes in the sink that were not addressed. A phone charging cable was not moved to vacuum underneath.

They broke down my amazon boxes, but put non-recyclables and non-trash items into the recycling bin?!

They did arrive on time — but took up my entire 2-car driveway with one car — I had to park across the street.

I wish i had something more positive to say.

They did offer to come back, but after the first experience i really don’t feel comfortable having this company in my house again.

Long's was able to solve a dryer vent problem we had after the installation of a booster fan from another company. Thanks so much - you guys are great!

Never in a million years did I think I'd be writing a review about dryer vents, but here we are. I had Long's over for a dryer vent cleaning, and they showed me the crazy amount of lint build-up. It was one of those 'oh wow, this could've been bad' moments. They did a thorough job cleaning it out, and I'm super grateful. It's been ages since anyone checked it, and they probably saved me from a fire hazard. Definitely worth getting yours checked if it's been a while.
