Amazing Service on our furnace. Scheduling, communication and service were very thorough and nice!!! Highly recommend

I had Eric from North Pacific Mechanical out to my home today to look at our A/C. He was amazing, found the issue in no time at all. He quoted me a price that was way less then I expected. After he repaired it he completely explained to me what he did in a way I could understand. In all it was a great experience and a great value. I recommend using this company.

I cannot say enough!! After a very very bad experience with another HVAC company, we scheduled with North Pacific Mechanical. Brian came out and immediately put me at ease. He took the time to listen to me as I explained my experience with the other company. After walking me thru everything, he fixed what was wrong and then took the time to show me where things were before and where they were now that things were fixed. I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you for taking a very upsetting situation especially in the heat of the summer and Cooling things off literally :-)w

Replaced complete 21 year old Carrier HVAC system with Lennox. Friendly, professional, punctual, honest, knowledgeable, very competitive pricing. VERY impressed with the attention to detail Jim exhibited with his installation job. Top notch!! Brian really knows his stuff too. Great troubleshooting skills running down a couple of bugs in the system and getting it running correctly. Issac ordered my new furnace and found that it was out of stock. Apparently Lennox upgraded to the more expensive unit at no extra cost. A totally positive experience all the way around. Thank you Issac and the whole team. You guys ROCK!!
