5-star experience! Needed someone to replace the faucet in our bathroom. The entire process was seamless from scheduling (Davona) to installation (Dylan). Davona was responsive, knowledgeable, and had great follow-through. Dylan was prompt, respectful of our home, and completed the install in a timely manner. Both were friendly, professional, and good communicators. They were honest and upfront about their pricing, too, which I appreciated. Craftwork was excellent. Great communication and fast response to the emergency fix I needed for my hot water heater. The plumber answered all my questions and even educated me on hot water heater maintenance tips unrelated to my current fix. I highly recommend this company.
