Remodeler reviews in Beaverton, Oregon

Job well done

excellent and quick service, very kind and friendly

Brett did an excellent job on our fence & gate!

Brett's a great guy and does a great job. Fast, easy to communicate with, and does it right. Thanks again!

In and out, lickety split. Had several things to tend to and either fixed them all up within a couple of hours or communicated to my apartment's management what needed to be done. I have no doubt that when left to this company, the service will be done on time, efficiently, and effectively.

Had an excellent experience with Green Tree. Brett and his crew helped out with a project, and when it came out solid and on-schedule, we signed up for another right away that's in the works. If I don't come back and edit this post later, it means job second job well done!

I’m used to the four hour time window where they say they’ll arrive, but I was given a specific time, which is so nice for planning purposes. When the repair tech was running behind, I got both a text and a phone call with updates (Lowe’s couldn’t locate my dishwasher), and the tech was super friendly, efficient, and effective. They even fixed my front door on their way out because they noticed it was loose. Great communication and service. Would recommend to anyone.

These guys are the best! We’ve done quite a bit of business with Green Tree and the work is always top notch. They’re professional, reliable and do quality work. I highly recommend working with them.

Brett has been incredibly helpful with my apartment repairs. I'm a renter and since moving into my unit two years ago, he's come in and helped with multiple repairs. He always contacts me directly, is quick, resourceful, tidy, and finds a solution. Definitely recommend these guys!

I was referred by a friend to Green Tree for my bathroom remodel a few months ago and I'm glad I found them! After consulting with other companies, I was happy to see the professionalism Green Tree had, how they kept to the schedule we agreed on, and the quality of the work. The office manager, Lauren, was on top of working with my schedule, bid, and estimates, and Brett made sure to fine tune all the little details of the remodel. Very happy with my experience!!

Green Tree Renovations had excellent follow through, great communication, clear understanding of the progression of the project. I would highly recommend them. I had no doubt they would make the best choice for me when I could not be there. They are one of the most highly organized companies I have ever dealt with. Well worth working with people who do things right. They had excellent communication– 6 stars!

Highly recommend Brett and green tree renovations. They did a complete remodel on our master bath and it turned out amazing!! And they did the entire project in about a month. They are also kind and great to deal with.

Brett and company did a fantastic job with my kitchen remodel, updating plumbing, demo of existing counters install of appliances , quick and efficiently and on schedule

We did a whole home remodel with Cooper in the summer/fall of 2025. We had previously done another project with them. Project was completed on time and we are enjoying our “new” home! Communication was great with our project manager Phil throughout. They continue to be responsive after completion about some minor follow ups. Highly recommend Cooper for this kind of work!

Horrible customer services

Had a great experience with Cooper from start to finish.

walking through neighborhood stopped and chatted. Admired his work, very courteous and neighborhood oriented. I would definitely encourage anyone to give him a call if you’re looking for a craftsman.

Cooper completed our remodel AHEAD of schedule just as COVID-19 was closing everything down and we were needing to get back into our house! Very professional job under extreme circumstances to say the least!

My company is a subcontractor. We work for top notch remodeling companies in the area. So we can see the good ones.

Lane and his team excel at design, and provide professional project management that delivers consistent excellence.

They are a good one!

Cooper Design Build did an excellent job managing our large remodel project. It was completed on time and on budget.

I believe Lane and COOPER Design Builders continues to be the gold standard of service and expertise. They've figured out a way to offer their clients an experience they would choose to repeat and refer to friends and family. That's what it's all about, in my opinion. I've referred COOPER Design Builders to many people over the years because they strive to exceed the expectations of their clients, which does not disappoint.
