My family and I recently purchased a historic home that could use a little love. We knew that having an old home would typically bring about unique quirks to work around. We were right, but the Cooper team ALWAYS had a solution. They paid special attention to every detail even down to matching the baseboards to the original woodwork along with salvaging a LOT of the original woodwork, window hardware, doors, etc. The team updated the existing bathroom, updated the floors throughout the upstairs, and created a new bathroom for the master bedroom from a fifth bedroom. We absolutely adore both of our bathrooms and we never imagined that we could have such a beautiful master suite. If I had to have any critical feedback for the team: An unintended consequence of the remodel is that my wife now spends excessive amounts of time in the master suite. She just won't leave. It's beautiful. The energy is perfect. The remodel perfectly fits the home with every detail. A special thanks to Staci and Phil!

We had a problem with our freezer. Redline was able to come out quickly and the fixed the problem for a reasonable price. Bogdan was professional, efficient, and explained everything he was doing as the job proceeded. Bogdan was able to fix the issue without having to replace any parts. He also recommended tasks I could do in the future to prevent further issues. I highly recommend Redline and Bogdan.

Excellent customer interface. An actual person answered the phone and a diagnostic appointment was made on the spot for my washing machine. A very polite and knowledgeable fellow named Bogdan came and quickly diagnosed the problem. Parts were ordered. It took a few days for the parts to arrive, but when they did, Bogdan showed up immediately. Problem solved.

Excellent all the way around! We were having issues with our refrigerator/ freezer not cooling. I was able to quickly and easily schedule online for an appointment the following day. I received a text confirming the appointment and then when Bogdan was enroute. He arrived during the expected time frame for the appointment. He determined the issue was related to the compressor. He cleaned out all the dust in the vents of the refrigerator. He said he would send a text with information related to timing to replace the compressor, if they had one available. I received a text that they could perform the service and replace the compressor on Sunday (two days after the initial service). Bogdan and Alex arrived during the scheduled appointment time and performed the service. They were very professional, worked quietly and efficiently, left a clean area and the refrigerator is working well now and cooling! They answered all my questions, provided opinions about options, and gave us clear instructions about when we could start putting food back in the refrigerator. I would definitely call Redline Appliance Repair for any of our appliance issues. Thank you for all!

I called these guys for advice about an LG washing machine that I was working on. They recommended buying a used part on Ebay due to the high cost from LG. Great advice!

Got my fridge fixed by Andrew and wow man needs a raise! I was having a terrible day and Andrew came and turned it all around! he was very friendly, funny, efficient and thorough. He explained everything to me very well and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend!

Alex came out and took a look at our Samsung fridge's icemaker that wasn't working. He offered my solutions, knew the product in and out and was very responsive with communication.
