Very small lot for delivery semi truck. Unload only appointment time.

I lean on Branch 75 for weekend emergency calls and normal hours too. They're just great for having what you need when you need it, especially when the end customer has an electrical emergency at night or on Saturday or Sunday.

If your delivering here be careful and check in on them because they will not let you know when your done. And let you sit there in your truck all day. Bunch of clowns working there. With sticks up there you know what.

If you have a delivery to here you have to know your appointment number. Starting ' 6 ' Small lot. Hard to make a ' U ' turn...
But, fast unloading.

This is two stars because they actually had what I needed. The rest is because the product was listed incorrectly online and when I went to pick it up, the employees outside were extremely rude about the mix up. Even though I had done all I could to confirm with customer service about the item and the pick up, I was treated like I didn't know what I was doing.

They didn't care about trailer chuck.
You do t know if you are done, no light at the dock, they don't bring you paperwork.

They're the only place in Oregon that I could find what I needed in stock and could get the same day... my only issue was it was the first day of this snow storm and they were not running their trucks so I had to drive all the way to their wearhouse in Beaverton in my little fwd drive car, I feel it was a little dramatic because I made it there so I feel like their trucks should of had no issues. I couldn't decide between 3 or 4 stars, but them being open at 6:30am gave the extra nudge because I was able to go get it before work.

Guys here are professional and courteous. Only downside is, if you can't turn around in the lot, you're better off backing in off of 107th Ave.

The best electrical supply center on Earth. They have nearly anything you can imagine. Most of the time your order will be ready no later than the next morning. Undeniably reliable service. I have seen their delivery trucks rolling when no body else would. During the massive snow storms last year, their trucks got thru safely.

Receiving gates opens at 2am. Receiving hours 2:30am to 10am by appointment. I checked in an 2:10am I was unloaded with paperwork in hand at 2:43am. Great place to deliver very fast and professional unloading. Thank you Platte receiving team.

Super Fast unloading, by appointments!!! My appointment was at 03:30, checked in at 03:15 and was out of there by 03:50, full trailer unloaded!!! Staff is Chill and Give clear directions, backing is easy but Turing around to back can be tough if there’s another truck there

The service is good but sucks if you have to wait. Call in your order before you go there; they have to pick the order... plus the process is a little slow. Nice people, though!

Platt has been serving the construction community for years and years. Lots of great people and they treat their employees well! If you’re an apprentice, ask about their apprentice tool account!

I've ordered from them multiple times in the past, typically a bit expensive, but they are a one stop shop. Recently I placed an order for items I was in a time crunch for, and a month later, after nothing ever arrived, I contacted them and was told the order was cancelled. No email, no phone call, no update to my order status. Checking the status of my order online shows that it is all just waiting to ship, but apparently never well. Never again.

I placed an order online for the for the company that I represent, as I am the maintenance manager for my plant. The order is accepted, and I'm given an electronic invoice. A little over 24 hours later, I missed a call from them and IMMEDIATELY returned it to be told the person trying to get ahold of me was currently out of the office. I pay no mind, check on the order on my end; all seemed fine. A couple hours later, I'm emailed stating that the order could no longer be filled. So I picked up the phone in hopes of finding another alternative for my application. My call is answered in a very rude manner, from the very person who had tried to reach me earlier, and personally sent the email. Short sentences with even shorter reply I get from this representative, as he asks for my order number. I recite it off, and he says how would you like to proceed with the order. I stated that one part would be irrelevant without the other. Before I could even complete my sentence, asking if there was an alternative. He had hung up on me. Eugene Año-nuevo. "Resource Center Specialist", I think not.

Very good service and attention from the staff, my appointment was at 3:30 and I check in at 3:10 and at 3:48 I was ready to go. They are super fast and professional. The on-site U-turn is the only drawback in case you find another truck unloading at the same time.

Excellent customer service.
They are open on weekends. We needed a few very specific parts for an electrician coming to our home Monday morning.
We went to the wrong door of the warehouse. This place does not usually serve regular customers, but seems to be more focused on contractors.
A worker let us in (to what appears to be the call center) and ordered our stuff for us. We should have apparently called ahead or ordered online, but he found our stuff on their computer system and sent it over to the will call area - the place we should have gone. We walked over there and he met us. Two other employees helped to get our stuff. All three were very friendly and helpful.
Great place and we will definitely go there for our next big project.

DC is now only open from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Really disappointing as they used to be the place to go to in the middle of the night when you were screwed. Now you're just screwed.

Dustin was on point! He was extremely knowledgeable and polite. Dustin was very thorough with his safety inspection. He actually cleaned up after himself, y’all! Like whipped out his own trash can and vacuum. Dustin is hands down the BEST electrician I have ever used! Their business runs like clockwork, I cannot recommend them enough!
