Chris arrived on time, was prepared with everything he needed to complete the job. He was professional, got right to work and completed the job in the time he had estimated. He doesn’t pad the price of materials and gives you the store receipt. I have had him do other projects in my previous condo, and have a few other projects for him to complete here in my current home, including having Longs Dryer Vent Services come clean the dryer vent.

What a great service for all those house maintenance jobs that are just out of reach of my skills. I have used them twice in the past 2 months and couldn't be more pleased with their work. They are all those things that have become rare in the service sector: responsive, courteous, knowledgeable and they arrive on time! I think their rates are fair and there is no questioning the quality of their work. Keeping the house shipshape has gotten a whole lot easier thanks to them.

Chris came to a rental I own and cleaned a dryer vent that was completely clogged. He had to go into the crawl space to do it, but had it done in a relatively short time. He also replaced a bathroom heat/light/vent unit with a new one. He was there on time, and was done in about 2 hours. He did a great job, and I would definitely use him again.

I have been working with Chris Long since 2018 on our condo and has done work that is lasting and professional. His prices are fair. He comes when he says he will. Our HOA also works with Chris and likewise he does amazing work. We are grateful for his professionalism.

Update 11/23: I appreciate that he communicates clearly and will discuss my project to determine if he can help. I recently asked about pouring concrete in the alley by my house and they don't currently provide this service, but the company he recommended was affordable and did a truly outstanding job. Chris Long is a great handyman. Not only does he have the skills to get the jobs done, he does quality work. What sets him apart from other trades-folks is his professionalism. He answers his phone and when he can't, he returns his calls within a couple hours. I've called him several times. He's never missed an appointment and he has always been on time. These days, that's exceptional. He's fixed my running toilet, installed many light fixtures, dimmer switches, shelves, patched some drywall, installed hard-wired smoke detectors.

We blew a fuse upstairs. Flipped breaker box switches. No power upstairs. He even suggested another company for assistance. I chose Chris.

He returned my calls as I was trying the breaker box again. He suggested I take a picture of inside of box. He could see different switches which I had not tried. I flipped them. Problem solved. All this was done over the phone! No charge!!

Chris is the best handyman I have ever had . He is easy to work with. Listens and gives conscientious honest advice. Great customer service. Don't hesitate to use his service.

My wife and I had Chris over to replace three fans in our home, and he was amazing. Professional, thorough, fast and friendly. He impressed us especially with making sure that the fans were venting properly through our roof and he even took out all of the packaging to the recycling. We will definitely continue to use Long's in the future for any handyman services.

Longs Handyman Service was contracted by our management company to clean out the dryer ducting and vent. The technician was courteous, respectful and left the laundry room cleaner than before he arrived. He also pointed out that there are no louvers on the exit vent on the side of the house. That information was relayed to the management company. Absolutely no complaints here. Recommended.

We call Long’s for just about everything now. Ryan did a great job installing new bathroom sinks and fans! Chris is helpful and responsive. He saved our siding from woodpeckers by installing a decoy owl. We’ve been impressed by both the scope and the professionalism of their work. So glad we found these guys!

Chris is fantastic to work with, he offers very fair prices, super responsive, easy to work with and wonderful work. I have had my share of using GMs and Handyman services and I have to say that Chris is the best.

He does the work fast and with such a friendly attitude, I'm genuinely impressed. There was a leak in our home that neither the plumber nor the water remediation company was able to detect, and Chris was able to find it under a minute. He answers most of his calls and if he doesn't answer, he will get back to you within minutes or a couple hours. Chris is always on time for appointments too and he calls the night before.

Had a great experience working with Alyanna at Keller Supply over the past few months. We did a major upgrade to the master bathroom in addition to other projects at the house. We worked with Alyanna in the showroom at Keller and found her to be extremely knowledgeable about the products and different options available. She was very efficient through ordering process and kept us informed of lead times and shipping. She dealt with any shipping/return items extremely efficiently. She even delivered some products herself ( after hours) directly to my front porch when there were some delays from the manufacturer. This was the epitome of "going the extra mile". Thank you Alyanna and Keller Supply !

My wife and I had an outstanding experience buying our new Kohler kitchen faucets and accessories at Keller in Beaverton. We worked with Alyanna, the showroom manager, who was extremely helpful in helping us pick out the best faucets for our rather particular needs with our older models of Kohler sinks. She was also outstanding in keeping us up to date on the order status and always answered our emails promptly. She is not only very friendly, but knowledgeable of the products as well. We definitely will use Keller again in the future.
