Pat and the crew are one of the best I've ever worked with. One of our properties has a crawlspace that suffered from heavy water damage. I called Pat, within minutes, he showed up and got right down to the crawlspace. He was quick to spot the problem, the previous builder didn't put in enough beams and posts. He gave us a reasonable quote to install additional posts. After finishing the job, Pat even went to the house and make sure all the floors are leveled. He even installed an additional post for me without extra charge.

It's been almost one year since this job, and the house is still standing strong. I'm so happy that I called Pat that day, and will definitely work with him in future.

When you need someone you can trust in the home projects/renovations game, it's definitely Barb. In an industry that sometimes has people that cut corners and produce below average work (and still expect to get paid the same for it) Barb is the opposite. She's honest, incredibly detail-oriented, and thorough in her work. Plus, when you are doing a long term project that requires having someone around for a few weeks, it's nice to have someone super easy to talk with and that can make you laugh. 100% recommend again and again.

We didn't end up using Pat's Construction to get a bid, but Pat was the most responsive contractor I contacted from Yelp. He was also available within 24 hours to meet us for a bid on the crawlspace work we needed. Will plan on reaching out to him in the future just based on his level of communication.

I found Pat's Construction via Yelp when I sent out an inquiry to multiple businesses that dealt with crawl space and foundation work. He responded immediately and we set up an inspection right away. That was very convenient and I was impressed with how quickly he got back to us.

He came by and checked out the situation which was to widen the crawl space opening, remove a dead raccoon that had apparently been living under there, etc. He told my husband that he could do the work Monday or Tuesday the following week. He let us know that he would be sending over a written estimate. He did quote us at $1300. The minute he left, my partner told me about it and we just jumped on it. Pat honored his quote and got the work done.

I am removing only one star because the communication can be improved on.

Having said all of this, I do recommend Patricio. It was so helpful to have someone who was able to do all of the work we needed to get our crawlspace fixed and get the dead raccoon out.

Barb and her trades do quality work that I can trust. I am very particular in my design taste and Barb is happy to accommodate. I don't bother with getting the stanard three bids for a project anymore. She's my go-to for any construction project because I trust her and she can do it all and do it well.

I contacted (Barb) Goodrich Contractors. First off, she responded promptly and was very friendly and offered the information I was looking for. She and her crew were prompt and clean. They always offered to remove their shoes without my asking and were very friendly and professional. She did everything she promised and delivered on her timeline. I would recommend and use her again for my projects.

Barb is absolutely amazing! After hiring a handyman who said he knew how to do some work on a pocket door, then refused to when he arrived as he did not know how, we were concerned about it happening again. I was able to send her pictures and she immediately knew how to address the problem, and did so quickly and efficiently when she arrived! We now having a working door and Barb will be the first person I call when we start working on other home projects. If you are looking for help with your home, definitely call Barb!

Working with Barb and her entire team was a pleasure. She is kind, warm, honest, thorough, communicative and engaged in her work.

We reached out to Barb for an estimate, she replied in a timely manner letting us know how far out our project would be before scheduling an estimate, which I really appreciated. She is on site at the job to set her team up every day if not working alongside them all day. It is clear that she takes every project seriously no matter the size and does not want to be overextended so she can provide excellent service.

We were not in a rush and were aware that we reached out during the height of spring when things are busy for contractors. Barb and her team were well worth the wait.
We were given an honest bid; we were not looking for the cheapest bid but the most honest one with high quality results. That is what we received and what Barb delivered.

Barb was wonderful about communicating the plan, the time frame and making sure she knew exactly what we were looking for. She never made promises she couldn't deliver on and was always upfront with our options when we had questions or concerns.

Barb was wonderful when interacting with her team. Every single sub-contractor that worked with her was kind, pleasant, thoughtful, honest and hard working. They spoke very highly of her and she did of them. It appeared that they had all been working together well for years.

I felt comfortable have Barb and her team in my house when I was there and when I was away. We also have a tricky dog that they managed like pros. I really think he might miss them the most when they leave. I felt like my home and my dog were both well cared for when they were here. They were very respectful of our home and cleaned up after themselves really well.

The results of our project far surpassed what I had envisioned. I really feel like I have a hotel bathroom in my house. We didn't break the bank on the project, but we spent money where it was worth it based on Barb's experience and suggestions.

One of my favorite things about Barb and her team is that they were all so excited about the work they did. They were proud and excited when you liked the results. You can tell they all have great pride in what they do.

If and when we need a contractor in the future, we will be calling Barb and if she is busy we will wait for her to be available. She and her team are that good!

Barb and her team are simply wonderful! They completed (almost) an entire home remodel for us and I could not be more pleased with the work. The team removed structural walls, installed hardwood flooring, created a custom kitchen, painted the entire interior of the house, redid the lighting/electrical, and installed several new windows/sliding glass door. Barb was available every step of the way to advise us, keep the work flowing, and provide timely updates to the budget/recording keeping. Throughout the entire job, Barb (and Blue) were only a text or email away and that was super reassuring. Two highlights from this renovation experience: 1) Barb and her crew's attention to detail. If something didn't look right, they always went back and redid it (thank you!) 2) Everyone is so darn nice! Barb and her subcontractors are all wonderful people who are passionate about their work. 2.5) They all love dogs and it was a relief not having to worry about our dogs bothering anyone during the tail end of the renovation work.

My only regret - that we didn't have her team redo our bathrooms! I would 100% recommend Goodrich Renovations for any job. I know I will be calling on Barb and her team again.

What can i say! I found Barb and Crew working on a full remodel in our neighborhood in Oak Hills. As nosy neighbors we were walking by and - we hoped for a tour. Barb was nothing by inviting and proud to show us a beautiful home remodel. Months later we finally got her to come and bid our Master Bath. From the beginning Barb and Blue were on time for our meeting, kept to task, provided ideas (if asked), listened to what my ideas were and how they could make them happen. She has AMAZING Subs who are also on time, work hard and are personable. They, like Barb, answer questions, give ideas and made our Master bath a dream come true. I was kept in the loop the entire project. Our Master Bath started on time and finished late, BUT it was because i kept finding little things that could be fixed, corrected, or enhanced to make my home look better and better. With each request Barb never said "NO", she just completed the work and made my home look amazing. Months later, they are in our home again working on my Kitchen. Again, i'm finding an on time crew, the project is spot on for our what week we are in and i'm loving the work. I wish i could find more to remodel. i'm enjoying Barb, the subs and her team. If you are lucky enough to have Barb remodel for you, consider yourself one lucky home owner.

We recently finished a complete home renovation with Goodrich Renovations and was delighted with the result and the experience of working with Barb, her business partner Blue and her team. A few highlights...we renovated a home in Oak Hills (Beaverton) built in 1966. The entire house was renovated including removal of walls, relocation of laundry room / bathrooms, new kitchen / bathrooms, flooring, windows, electrical, popcorn ceilings refinished, etc. The entire project started in earnest and was completed in 12 and a half weeks. Highlights of working with Barb and her team include the close knit crew of sub-contractors that she has established. Her close relationship means that timelines are kept and work is done to a high standard. Barb also brings a good sense of final vision for the project but incorporates homeowner input into the design process. A key note that gives insight into Barb's work ethic and standards...the job site is kept immaculately clean - Barb's crew is constantly sweeping and putting down paper to protect floors and baseboards. The entire site is kept clean including the dumpster and working materials. The final comment is that work is done right or gladly fixed. Barb and Blue are great people and have a passion for bringing homes back to life and designing the space for the people who will live in them.

We have used Barb for several jobs at our home. She did some craftsman style tile work on our fireplace, put in a three story laundry shoot, new stairs to the basement, and other stuff. She is dependable, very competitive on price, does good quality work, and best of all she is a fun person to talk to. She has a good understanding of older home styles and was very helpful with suggesting design ideas of the work that we did. We highly recommend her work.
