Reviews of local pros in Beaverton, Oregon

Crews came out on two days, a couple days apart. The first crew (Miguel's team) stripped and power-washed the deck. Once completely dry a couple days later, the second crew (Service Team 1) came out to apply the new sealant. The whole process was quick and efficient and we had helpful texts along the way telling us when crews would be arriving. We are very pleased with the results.

Had an 18 ft. Sunsetter Awning installed .Awning was mounted to the edge of my roof. A lot of drilling, screwing and caulking. Everything went well. Jorge, Jose and Brayan were very professional . Even with 3 people who knew what they were doing ,this job took 2 1/2 hours. The product looks and works great . The initial sales person Jonathan Taylor was also very good. He showed us what was available, and we decided what we needed and he gave us a no pressure price. He even went over any manufacture rebates that would influence our choice in options. The fact of the matter is All Surface Roofing and Cleaning is the only official Sunsetter dealer/installer in the Portland area, so if you want a Sunsetter brand, you have to go through them. What's nice is, they are really good, from the sales, to the back office to the guys who come and install this bulky product.

Giovani, Domingo, and Timoteo blew debris off our roof, cleaned gutters, and applied zinc for moss control. They were quick, did a good job with cleanup, and even blew off our large driveway. Recommend.

Contracted with AllSurface to blow off roofs and clean out the gutters. They had to return because the existing gutters had mesh coverings for all the pine needles, the compressed air tore apart the covers. After a second time, everything looks okay. Can't recommend them.

Juan and his team came by and got the gutters looking amazing. I'd recommend all surface to anyone who needs gutter and/or roof maintenance!

I was very happy with the work provided by All Surfaces Cleaning. Our roof and gutters were cleaned and treated. They did a great job! The work looks great and they even cleaned up the area when they were finished. Thank you Jose and Fermin!

I've used All Surface for my gutter cleaning for the past several years and have always appreciated the job they do. This time, I asked my cleaning team (Miguel and Cesur) for pictures, which they sent me, so I could see how full the gutters had become. This was very helpful.

Miguel and Jose were right on time and very professional. Gutters were cleaned in a timely manner and the house was left as clean as when they started. Highly recommended.

I got 4 bids for awnings for our back deck, but Adam came from All Surface and immediately told me an awning would not work for us because of the wind we get on the west side of our home. He was honest with us and said solar shades would be best for our large picture windows and would keep our temps down. He also suggested we do solar energy and gave us pictures of what it would look like. Most importantly, the price was thousands less than the other bids. Thank you All Surface! We appreciate you!

From Megan in the office to Giovani and the crew on-site, everyone at All Surface made my experience excellent. The company was responsive and helpful, the work was done as promised and on time, and the results are top notch. Very much appreciated!

Miguel and Bryan were out to power wash a brick patio and some stairs. They did a really good job with nice personalities to boot. They were willing to take direction, Miguel took photos of the gutter area he cleaned and both cleaned up well. A good experience.

Miguel and Jose were prompt and efficient. They cleaned up all the debris and sprayed down the windows too. I’d definitely use them in the future. I had gutter and roof cleaning.

The team of Greg, Carlos and Jose did a great job today cleaning the roof of my home and the roof of my rental property. And the pricing was reasonable. I would definitely hire them again.

Had our gutters cleaned by Miguel and Domingo! As always very polite and considerate! As well as letting you know of other issues you may have! Thank you!

I have continued to use this company for my roof cleaning, as they do an excellent job, cleaning off all the debris from the roof and cleaning up what came off from around the house. Very professional and courteous!!
You’ll be happy that you used them as well as with the results!

Exactly what I wanted in soft cleaning of my tile roof. Very clean, (gutters too), treated, and guaranteed for 3 years. Juan and Carlos cleaned up all around the house, including the grass and barkdust. And the price was extremely reasonable! 5 stars well earned.

I am so impressed with the thorough work from All Surface Cleaning. They didn't just clean my gutters—they also fixed a few problem areas and sealed them up tight. The crew was professional and left everything spotless. It's a huge relief to know my gutters are ready for the rainy season. Can't recommend them enough!

From start to finish, All Surface delivered! Jonathan got us a quote quickly, answered all our questions, and Megan followed through on scheduling and making sure all the details were in place. The crew arrived when they said they would, and did a great job. Left things better than when they arrived. Thanks to everyone there!

We had a challenging gutter situation and the All Surface took it on like it’s everyday stuff. We are impressed with the process from first contact to completion, timing was quick, price was more than fair, and the crew were rock stars. Definitely would recommend!

Juan and his team were out the week of 9/15/25 to clean my gutters. They did an excellent job and kept my yard, patio, and outdoor furniture spotless. I look forward to booking them again. Highly recommend!

Greg, Brayan and Cesar just completed a much needed roof and gutter cleaning on our home. They were efficient and thorough. They even sealed a couple leaks. Greg took the time to review the work order with me as previously agreed upon during the first estimate from Jason. Greg even made sure to point out a new possible French drain clog issue and helped install an extension I had in the garage. Friendly, honest and professional team. Our roof is very steep and most of the ladder access points are extremely challenging. They even cleaned up all the debris that was sprayed around. Worth every penny!
